Your most epic video game announcement reaction ever?

I just thought of the idea for this thread when I was thinking about Skyrim and how freaking excited I was when the trailer just started randomly popping up all over the place.

I can still remember the exact moment. I logged onto YouTube to check my channel and maybe upload a new video.

Then... I saw it.

"the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim trailer"

I was just like... pfft, yeah right. Then I looked at who uploaded it... 'IGN'. So it had to be real! I was so excited I kept mis-clicking.

After a series of small strokes I managed to finally load up the video. by the end of it I was drooling and had my hand down my pants...

Now that I think of it, this about covers my reaction.

That's probably the most excited I've ever been for a game announcement.

Some other one's I got really hyped up for apart from Skyrim include, Fable 3, Assassin's Creed 2 and GTA IV.

Any of you guys get a little too excited for a game announcement?

I was exited when I saw the first Mass Effect 3 trailer and I was in awe at the ten minutes of Bioshock Infinite gameplay that I saw.

I don't really get all that excited about games being released. I get more excited when movies/television shows are announced than games, which is strange since I love games way more.

Actually the last game I can recall being excited about at all was Halo 2... I guess that is why I don't get excited anymore.

At the moment I am looking forward to ME3, but not nearly as much as I am looking forward to Breaking Bad's 4th season. The wait has been painful, to say the least. Thankfully Game of Thrones is there to help me during the home stretch.

Oh Skyrim and all Assassin's Creeds from 2 onwards. My girlfriend actually phones 999 because when i saw the Syrim trailer i screamed, started shaking uncontrolable and then when she came in the room i mumbled something then pretended to faint.

She thought i'd had a stroke because of my over the top grin and she when she found out it was for a game she punched my in the nose and told me to grow up then i told her from november 11 to late 2012 she may not see me for a lot she threw the phone at me (as a joke) and opened a sizable cut on my forhead.

After an hour in the waiting room a doctor was doing my stiches and asked me what happened i told the story but never mention what game it was and when he asked what game and i siad "urrm the new elder scrolls" he grabbed me and made me swear i wasn't lying then for the next 1/2 hour we talked about how awesome oblivion was. Best concusion ever!
