please, share with us your tales of your fantastic kills in any sort of games.

I'll start us off, with something I remember from about a week ago.:
It was a match on Modern Warfare 2; Rust, with my mate's brother. I had a 3 kill streak, so I called in my care package. I waited for it to arrive, covering all my angles. Kyle (the one I was versing) came in and flashed behind me, and in those cursed few seconds that I was blind he headshotted me, then came and started capturing it. Respawning, I sprinted as fast as I could, towards the left of the map, threw a semtex while sprinting, then ducked behind a barrier(I'm notorious for my throws of any type of grenades in MW), and started shooting at the close side (he was aiming at the wall I was stood behind)
The semtex (when it landed) stuck to the care package that he was just about to capture and exploded in his face.
you can find a very similar kill here at 01:12:

This was recorded afterwards, at the hope of recreating the kill. Isn't anywhere near as good, but should help you invisage it.

Tell us your stories.

*edit* this was the most recent one, it's not particularly epic but I have a terrible memory and I can't for the life of me recall any of my COD4 moments..

Doom, 4 player over daisy-chained serial cables. Utterly dominating in every game played, on every level, especially Map01 and E2m8. All because I refused to use the mouse, which the other three told me was the far superior method of control.

1980ing one of my friends (who at that point was a better player than I was) with Rock in CvS2.

Shit was so cash.

(edit: for those who don't know, it means I won a 3vs3 match despite being down 0-2)

Finished 1080: Avalanche's last level (the one with the avalanche! wee!) the first time, meaning the the final jump into the helicopter was much more thematically satisfying and made me feel so cool.

My most glorious moment would require a bit of foreknowledge, so I'll go with something more interesting.
L4D2, Scavenger. In the mall. Last game, we needed one gas can. I was on the upper level with a teammate while the other two were by the car. My teammate jumped down well before I was able to, and before I knew it a charger had one, a hunter pounced the second, and a smoker grabbed the third all on the lower level around the car. I was the last one free, and the timer hit 0 just as I grabbed a gas can. I jumped down to the lower level, and strolled right by the charger, hunter, and smoker that were tearing apart my teammates. I went up to the car, put the gas in. Game.

All I think can think of are my days in Openarena.

It was only so often you got a really good game - games usually consisted of people of incredibly low skilled or ludicrously 1337 players, making them a bit predictable.

But when people of equal skill met, they fought like dogs to see who came up tops.

There was one time when there were four people and me, all of which of equal skill, as well as some fragbait, in one of the more compact maps. What followed was one of the bloodiest deathmathes I can ever remember.

The fraglimit was 30, and towards the end of the match, every glance I took at leaderboard showed one of the fuckers getting ever closer to it.

Three of them had a score of 29. I had 27.

Phenomonally, I actually won, my final frag being the result of a mini-duel between me and the guy at the top of the leaderboard. The other four all got 29 points.

Recently I did have a pretty sweet victory on MW2. It was a domination on Sub Base and me and my team were getting slaughtered and the score was 153-35 to the other team. Instead of giving up, I switched to my Silence/Rush class and proceeded to kick some ass (Rhyme ^.^) and we won the game 200-195.

Beating my friend to 100% achievements on both Dead Space & Mass Effect. Even though he'd owned the games since they came out and I got them four months ago. Aw yeah.

51-4 team deathmatch on mw2 on estate. It was a full game and i was the only prestiged guy, but that didn't make it any less awesome to me. Pwning n00bs is my favorite pastime. And of my four deaths, only one was from the other team. The others were suicides because i ran out of ammo. MG4 FTW

I have to say a Halo 2 match on... the canyon level. I had a sniper rifle, and I'm a fairly good shot. But this match, I was able to Headshot the driver of a Warthog, the turret opperator, and the passenger, in about 3 seconds. 3 shots, 3 kills. Total fluke (no one is that good), but I'd say that still counts.

I dunno, some battle in Rome:Total war where i fought of an entire invading army and held a city under that was under attack with only 2 or 3 spear (the ones with the really long spears) divisions. Before the battle the AI said i was outnumbered like 10 to 1!
Good call. It was Medieval for me. Outnumbered by about 8-1 including cavalry, infantry and ballista. Me with with only 2 units of heavy infantry, 1 unit of light cavalry and 4 units of archers. I defended a hill for 45 minutes and won. Booyah!

or

MW2 Free for All. 30-2 for the killcam win with an AC130.

Space Empires 5 LAN, filled trade vessels with tanks and dumped them onto my friend's planets simultaneously. He didn't attack them because he thought they were harmless. It was pretty satisfying because until then it had been something of a 10 ships vs 400 ships battle with me on the verge of losing.

Apart from that, probably beating Lu Bu on Dynasty Warriors 3 with an unleveled character, mmmm cheap air attacks <3...

Completing "Relentless" on CoD: WaW on Veteran.

That mission was so damn hard.
Easy game to complete on Veteran. The hardest mission was the opening of "Blowtorch and Corkscrew".
idk. I had a hard time due to INFINITE ENEMIES.

On the other hand, MW2 on Veteran is piss-easy since it doesn't have the infinite enemies.

Don't know. Probably kicking ass 3 years ago in a clan war in ut2k4. The good times.
