In mount and blade warband I defended a castle of 80 people against 500, only lost 8 guys.
Thats probably the only one I guess, still funny how I was chopping down everyone coming up the ladder.

I just beat Ornstein and Smough in Dark Souls, only took me billion tries and almost cost me my TV because of the insane rage I had for wiping over and over and over and over again.

But I did it! So hah Dark Souls! Eat shit and die!

Ah! Now this is an achievement. Great work. They are bastards.
Did you have what's his name - Solaire I think?
I never did beat those assholes without Solaire.
I did have Solaire, although for some reason, he died before I got any of the bosses down to even 80%... So I went reckless for Smough (I had Lightning Butcher Knife +3), who went down really quickly and then I turtled Ornstein with a bow.

Now I rage-quit because 10 ghosts jumped me in New Londo, didn't even rush.. Survived nonetheless, but to the games amusement, I didn't notice that my walkway ended, leaving me to fall to my death. I pulled the plug.

MW3. Was sniping in Dome in that open area between C and A during a domination match. 3 guys came out of the tunnel, too close to hit them so I pulled out a pistol and got one. One of the others tried to run in and knife me while the last one thought I was dead. Got a lucky shot on the knifer and a free kill on the last one. It was fun.

Completed all 300 missions in Final Fantasy Tactics advance without ever breaking the law and with no yellow/red cards. Maybe not the hardest thing to do, but still a fun challenge.

In Sniper Elite V2, playing on the hardest difficulty setting (with realistic wind, gravity and ballistics) I managed a intended headshot from over two hundred meters away. I've also managed to put a bullet through an enemy snipers' scope from about one hundred and ten meters away.

Hyper Ornstein NG+ solo.
Yes, yes, you may worship me where I stand.
If you did it fair and square, yes. Me, I just spammed crystal soul magic until he keeled over. I didn't know it could be that easy. :D
Judge for yourself.

Well done, good sir, well done indeed.
Why thank you.
I know a lot of people say that the Dark Wood Grain Ring is cheesing it so I'm happy it's at least somewhat accepted.

I have no problem whatsoever with the Dark Wood Grain Ring. Maybe only that a lot of people use it because it looks cool and don't really understand what it does. But going against Hyper Ornstein in melee without it can get really nasty.

Heh, most recent one that springs to mind was when I was playing through sword base in Halo Reach and when i first got the chance to take a ghost went know what? screw this im just using the ghost from now on. (2 bashes excepted) I succesfully took down everything in the entire rest of the mission just using the ghost, that includes getting it through a couple of points that it reaaaaally isn't supposed to go through :p

I've been fairly lazy lately when it comes to games with any kind of progression. I'm getting back into Terraria at the moment, though, and just got the Wall of Flesh down for the first time. I almost wish I hadn't now. Every inch of the terrain is littered with gravestones, most of them thanks to Falcor.

I got Deus Ex:Human Revolution beaten on Deus Ex difficulty my first time through. Went back afterwards and got the Pacifist achievement and somehow didn't get the Foxiest of the Hounds. At least I don't remember setting off any alarms. Might give it another go at some point.

Also, I'm at around the 3/4 mark of Super Hydlide. I wont let it go unbeaten for another year...

A bunch of kill streaks, rampages, blue plate specials and a new badges in Tribes: Ascend today.

I only began playing it maybe a week ago and have taken only a few sessions in, so it's fun and surprising to be so dominant at times. Although I can be a beast in most FPS's.

Oh you bastard why did you have to remind me about that bladestone. I was around level 350 when I platinumed Demon`s Souls because of that dam stone. Well that and me not bothering to farm for it untill somewhere around NG+++++.
I had been farming for hours upon hours upon hours. Basically I had just stopped hoping for it and I was doing it for the souls. And then I got 2 in a row.

this is a little old but got 70 out of ninety nine achievements in "the orange box" and my proudest achievement I got was "little rocket man" bring that damn gnome all the way to the damn rocket...took a long time (two and a half hours) but when I finally got him in I never felt so accomplished to get a achievement.
