Final Fantasy F*CKING 12...

What a piece of crap. Terrible story, awful characters, piss poor graphics and game mechanics which were boring and plain stupid. Also no Nobuo Uematsu score.

I haven't played 13 yet but there is no way it can be worse than 12.

Oblivion. Heard great things about it, only to realize that it's really hard to role-play when all of the NPCs look like they had their faces beaten in by someone with a grudge against the population of the Uncanny Valley.

Also, I can't take Tolkien fantasy seriously. (Don't ask me why I'm playing Dragon Age: Origins. I blame Bioware.)

Fracture, Too Human, Legendary... Those three games, simply, are horrible in every possible way. Prototype would be another one, once it gets up to a certain part anyway because of the huge difficulty curve. Before that, it's a pretty fun game for...well, anything that isn't the story.

Fallout 3
Taught me never to have high expectations for a game ever again.
I was going to purchase that for the PS3 until I read that it was the buggiest version of the game. I mean, the game froze and glitched on my 360, and that was supposedly the better version.

I have a 3 way tie.

Sacraboar for like $2 or $3 or something
Dragon Age: Origins for $60
Star Ocean 4: $40

Sacraboar was a total disaster, but it was a cheap ass steam sale so not much was lost.

DA:O would have been an acceptable purchase at $20 max, it wasn't nearly good enough to warrant buying it at full price, and I wish I could have that $40 back.

Star Ocean 4 was just an outright miserable game at any price. Knowing what I do now I wouldn't have bought it for $0.30, much less $40. The only reason I don't outright despise that I bought it is that if I hadn't I'd still be curious about whether I should buy it or not, thanks to the fantards over on the game's gamefaqs board who eat that shit up and claim it's diamonds.

If I had to pick I would say Star Ocean 4. But economically it's about even with DA:O in regret $.

Modern Warfare 2. I had only played the Special Ops bits and thought the whole game was that awesome, only to find out that the single player mode was 90% hiding behind a car, staring at blood on piece of glass and 10% shooting people that didn't deserve to be shot. Also the Multiplayer was hacked as fuck.

I traded it in and used the store credit to buy 3D Dot Game Heroes, which I got more play time out of.

Modern Warfare 2, Assassin's Creed 2, and Mirror's Edge in any order.

I shouldn't have bought MW2 at all, and I should have waited for AC2 to be out for a month or so until the price dropped--same with Mirror's Edge. The first two aren't worth $60, and Mirror's Edge wasn't worth $50. But MW2 needed the money to bribe Hans Zimmer, Ubisoft needed the money for their prostitutes, and EA wanted the money to continue forcing okay games to bear their sick, disgusting seal of approval: EA, IT'S IN THE GAME...AND YOU'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET IT OUT. IT'S ALWAYS THERE, HAUNTING YOU, RUINING YOUR GAME EXPERIENCE IN SOME WAY OR ANOTHER! THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU! Coffee's done.

PS: It's not that I hate the developers or anything, I just hate the marketing department that decides to sell a product at a ridiculously inflated price. It's like the difference between synthol and HGH; you have a game striving to be bigger and better, but instead of...nevermind, this analogy won't work, I can already see that. Anyway, coffee is still done, so...buh bye.

I know it's a strange one, but Marrow-wind for the xbox. People say it's the best elder scroll game but I couldn't get into it. I started about 5 characters and the furthest I got was when I found an imperial base and tried to steal some weapons and armor I could use to fight the creatures around me that beat me to death.

Recently I'd say The Force Unleashed 2. I know gamers are kinda getting used to short games these days, but TFU2 pushed it! It literally felt more like a downloadable DLC rather than a full game that I payed ?50 for. Except that the DLC's were actually more entertaining than TFU2.

I'll also pitch in to say I don't get the Black Ops hate. I found the campaign to be quite enjoyable, having clearly learned from IW's mistakes that made MW2's campaign so disapointing. On top of that, you get three awesome bonus mini-games that are fun in their own right. That said, I haven't touched the multiplayer, nor do I plan to. I have better games for that purpose.

Cyborg Justice - Sega Genesis.

I was all like 'Oh boy Streets Of Rage with cyborgs (well, more cyborgs in the case of SoR3)! What could possibly go wrong!?'

What can I say... im impatient, and even when I have bought games on sale, for example Dragon Age Origins - Ultimate Edition and Amnesia the Dark Descent, I bought them at 50% off during the christmas sale, and then literally the next day they both went to 75% off.. so I just cant win

Neverwinter Nights 2.

Bought pre-order for 130 PLN (about $65 at the time, $40 now)

Got a Gold edition (basic + both expansions) for $10 last weekend.

FML. Also I played the game for about 4 hours at first, then half a year later after getting better PC for two or three days, didn't even play half the campaign...

edit: IM AN IDIOT
