My dogs: One's a purebred German Shepherd the other is half Shepherd half Husky.

And my newest gun is always my favorite so right now that has to be my Sig P229 Equinox.

-My beautiful sparkly pendant I always wear around my neck
-My new laptop, called Terrance.
-My ocarina, called Selene.
-My huge collection of soft toys...
-My game/game console collection <3
-A small silver pig with wings that my grandad gave to me
-My MP3
-My Cretan bull
-My mum's funny little toys she gave to me

Ugh this could go on forever, I have tons of stuff and I haven't even started on my living treasured things.

Poor in purse, rich in possessions. ^_^

Title says it all. What is it and why?

Mines a pocket watch my grandfather owned. He died when I was only little but I'm told I remind people of him.
I have a gold pocket watch which was my great grandfathers and it's becoming a family heirloom among the males of our family. It was given to me by my grandfather(he had two daughters), to be worn on my leavers prom in a few months.

I dunno. There are many nice things that I don't care for as much as something that is not of this world.

Ahhh.... Like Labyrinth, my most prized possession is my instrument. My cello, in fact.

Here, not a very good pic, and it's not of my instrument in particular, but it's the same maker:

My Horse! He is the best friend that anyone could ask for! We've been together for 11 years, I can thank him for medals ribbons and even part of my college tuition! I couldn't survive without him!

My iPod.
It died on me at school last week, so I had to walk home with no music.
I had a really bad panic attack because of all the people, I never knew how dependent I was on the iPod.

I feel it would be a bit callous to refer to my dog as a possession, he's more of a family member.

This may be technically more than one item, but after him it's gotta be my DVD collection. I've spent hundreds of pounds on that baby and it contains most of the finest films ever made as far as I'm concerned....oh and The Day After Tomorrow for reasons unbeknownst to me.

My laptop? If I ever feel the need to replace it after it becomes extremely crappy and I actually have the funds to do so, then I will. Nothing of extreme personal importance bar some select friends. (I don't call them possessions though). It would suck if I lost my video games though.

The second violin is an electric. This baby is sexy as hell. Royal purple, sleek, clean lines, and a great sound. It's very metal. I fell in love the first time I saw it. It was so sweet to play, like the essence of art had become solid. Tangible. Musical. Mmmmmmm...
Oh.... Oh, my God, that is the sexiest, most kickass instrument in existence. Its like if the awesomeness of the Ocarina of Time bred with a pimp'd out Guitar Hero guitar, then was raised in the ways of beautiful, classical music by a family of string quartet instruments...

Sorry, I love electric violins. I want to learn the violin just so I could play one.
...Lets just say that it is on my list, along with, "Get rich and famous," "Get my dream home," and the likes.

As for current prized possessions... Hrm... I don't really let myself get attached to objects. I mean, you could take any of my possessions, and replace them with a different, but equally functional/valuable object, and I wouldn't really care.

I think it has something to to with the fact that my mother had me give away all my childhood plushies. Even my big, white, fluffy moose...
And before that, we had to go all velvetine rabbit on my gengar plush with a crooked eye, except with less fire and magic.
But what's the point of missing them? Its just gonna make me waste my energy being sad.
