Right... think Fallout setting, Mass Effect style shooting... and then add in Mount and Blade sorta objectives.

Oh and the characters were all friends... or... enemies... but the latter died.

You may not think that's nerdy enough and just a freak piece of a person clearly in need of mental help, but the apocalyptic event was caused by "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" ... some how... It was a dream so it didn't really require logic.

This dream I had last night involved a river, a fatal attraction park, driving around a city (mostly on a convoluted freeway), and Naoto Shirogane from Persona 4. Make of it what you will.

Also, though I'm not sure this counts, I also have this daydream going involving Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII. I will not be going into details about this one; I'm making it into fanfiction.

I had a dream that I woke up during a zombie apocalypse to discover my family dead except my one-year-old nephew and my dog (a five-year-old pomeranian).

I basically ended up blasting away zombies with a shotgun, baby strapped to my back, tiny dog at my heels, on my way to save my girlfriend.

I need to publish this.

I WAS A PLANETEER!

Me and the others were at my primary school, and we had Planeteer rings, only instead of nature's elements (earth, fire, wind, water, heart) it was fruits. I believe mine was banana, which is strange, because I don't even like bananas.

With our powers combined, we summoned... Captain Planet! Who was an octopus! He still had Captain Planet's head and colours though.

He went off, presumably to fight something, and came back all banged up and wounded. We gathered around to inspect the damage, and then I woke up.

My dreams always end at the shittiest times. There's never an end, or a conclusion. It sucks.

Probably the lengthy Dr. Who dream that involved a giant plant-slug monster and Torchwood.

That's all I remember about it, though.

Although my brother had a dream wherein he and I and all our friends escaped from a balrog on a magic flying shopping cart.

That just reminded me of a Dr Who dream I had (short one) where I had invented a tool to disable the Deadlock seal on any locked device, and some people were trying to kill me because of it.

I like when I have nerdiness in my dreams- if something bad happens, there should be some means of escape programmed in.

Its helped me with the nightmares that don't get existential and creepy.

Recent nerdy thing was waking up (in my dream) in the room I was staying in at the time, to look out the window and see the monster from Amnesia standing there, staring at me.

Scariest dream I've ever had.

There was this once strange dream I had, partially lucid, that was set in my school but if it were a COD map; I was master chief and all of my enemies were from the transformers series.

I swear that dream was in HD too.

It's not directly nerdy, but maybe just the way the dream was played out, a bit like a Elder Scrolls sort of detective game, where I had actually, a dream which I inherited an old house in a strange and cloudy grassy region... where I promptly explored it and the most intriguing thing was the fact the previous owner owned a Mac, and I laughed when I saw the collection of games he had stating most of them are incompatible with the Mac and e was clearly high. Then a sequel dream being the real estate agent came back and revealed himself as working for some super powerful beings telling me I had to survive an unspecified event. Later I went into the houses basement and fought off with a dagger(in hilarious FPS Knifing fashion) a bunch of faceless, cloaked assassins.
