Id go with Sim City and just build some fun additions to my hometown .

I hope it's quite a small town, and has decent internet access, or you'll have big problems immediately. The traffic will of course immediately grid-lock, then the city will burn down while a crime-waves breaks out. That's assuming you don't get any Disasters
