So say for whatever reason you can now only eat 1 food for rest of your life but heres the catch you will suffer no bad effects by only eating this said food so what food will you eat for the rest of your life?
Well, that's considerably better than my current state, which is to only eat 3 or 4 foods and suffer many bad effects.

Pizza or Pasta... Pizza or Pasta... Pizza or Pasta... Pasta. I basically have lived of that and only that for years at a time.

Easy. Bananas! They are tasty and healthy and tasty and easy to eat and tasty and you never get sick of eating them and they are tasty.
Also slightly radioactive and everyone loves that ^__^

It's gotta be pizza
Yeah, but radioactivity of that level won't harm you. In fact some studies say it increases your resistance against harmfull radiation. So when the time comes that evil robots from the future cause a nucluar apocolips, I'll be one of the few survives. Completly unaffected by the radiation. I'll be the ruler of my own kingdom. !!!LONG LIVE THE BANANA REPUBLIC!!!

If nutritional needs are forfeited (vitamins maybe) then I'd go with this line of reasoning:
Eventually, even the finest of foods eaten every day will become the standard, and only go downhill from there. Anything that makes that food special will eventually start to grate on your taste buds and with time become despised.
Therefor, the best thing to do is to go with the most tasteless food imaginable. I don't know if that's plain rice, unflavored tofu, etc. because my culinary pursuits are generally on the tastier side of the spectrum, but whatever is as forgettable as possible. The closer to neutral the food is for the life sentence on my tastebuds, the less it can fall from good to bad.
