What is your greatest passion? Can be anything, like passion for video games, writing, food, etc. Try to make serious responses. You can have a little joke, as long as you post the serious answer after.

Mine is playing music. I've played guitar for 2 years, have just started playing violin, and am willing to learn how to sing (I normally sing when I'm alone, and I think it's great fun). I realized how much I loved it around half a year ago, through my idol and source for inspiration, John 5 [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jps8fdhAHko]. I've always thought of becoming a musician, but I've always been unsure, but this man shows that it's possible with hard work and determination. It's my dream to be a professional musician, and to play on stage. Greatest thrill I know.

Without wishing to sound patronising, I've had a lot of experience playing gigs, writing music and things like that. If you want some advice, I'm happy to help.

My passions are the composing, performing, and producing of music. As well as a good source of extra cash, it's one of the most exhilerating experiences a person can have, playing a gig. In my opinion, anyway.

Another passion is literature. I love literature, both writing it and reading it. One of my favourite works is the infamous Paradise Lost, as well as Shakespeare's The Tempest and Orwell's 1984.

Oh, and obviously everything by Tolkien. The man was a veritable genius.
