Pretty much all those "surviving shows" (except bear grylls). Mythbusters, history channel documentaries, Dirty jobs, family guy, and last but not least....those cheesy "C" rated movies that SYFY channel shows at night.

10 hours of select indie films, 8 hours of anime, 4 hours of indie/underground/undiscovered/post/etc music related tv. 1 hour of the Daily show/Colbert the other hour just other american tv shows.

1: Old cartoons, including, but not limited to: Looney Toons, Tom & Jerry, Animaniacs, Freakazoid, Batman The Animated Series, X-Men, Justice League, all the old Cartoon Network shows and Nicktoons.
2: All the Pro Wrestling shows, lots of Boxing, and a pinch of UFC and a few other MMA companies
3: An Anime block like Toonami used to be, but make it three hours.
4: Stand-up comedy.
5: A mix of a ton of trivia gameshows (Like most GSN shows), some physical gameshows (think Nick's old show Double Dare) and some Survivor (probably the only reality show I find a little entertaining)
6: Mythbusters, 1000 Ways to Die, Man vs Wild, and Deadliest Warrior
7: House, NCIS, CSI (all shows, alternating per day), Lie to Me.
8: Weekend Movies. Saturdays are live-action movies, Sundays are for animated movies.

I'm calling my local cable provider right now and requesting your channel.

Well, I've pretty much given up on TV. I mostly watch DVD's of older (better) shows and sitcoms.

But, my ideal channel would start out with shows like Angry Beavers, CatDog, Rugrats, Ahh Real Monsters, Are you Afraid of the Dark, The Amanda Show, Wild Thornberrys, Hey Arnold, Keenan and Kel, All That (basically 90's Nickelodeon) for the morning block.
Afternoon it would have shows like Beetleborgs, Power Rangers, Digimon and Pokemon (basically the shows I used to rush home from school to watch)
Night would be the anime-block with shows like Sailor Moon, Dragonball Z, Gundam, Naruto, Bleach, Kekkaishi, Tenchi Muyo, Cardcaptors
And then, after 12 it would be Adult Swim, with it's only good shows; Family Guy, Frisky Dingo, Home Movies, Metalocalypse, Robot Chicken, Morel Orel, The Oblongs
And then to finish everything off, there would be a block of shows like Animal X, Lost Tapes, and Monster Quest.
I swear I would never leave the tv.

I already have it, it's called PVR. No, it's better than a TV channel. You can pause, watch things whenever you want... Seriously, I can't imagine watching TV without it. Too damn tedious.

And ok, if I HAD to have a TV Channel...

These would all run at 6:00, ideally right after I ate supper.

Wednesday Night: The Amazing Race
Thursday Night: The Rick Mercer Report


And er... That's all. No cartoons or police dramas allowed, i.e. CSI, bones, etc. Oh, and it would show all Oilers games.
