MW2 I like AK47 (FMJ attachment, digital)/Model 1887 (Akimbo attachment) with scavenger pro/stopping power pro/ninja pro or commando pro
Killstreak rewards being UAV (since no one else uses them)/Harriers/Pave Low.

Killstreaks really aren't that hard to avoid, just throw on a UAV jammer with some RPGs and take cover in a building.
Admittedly, grenades were a pain in COD4.
Juggernaut is only cheap if you're using something other than stopping power, or grenades.
Yes, M16 can win in CQC, it can't be completely useless there.
And WaW was very unbalanced, yes, but I don't see how MW2 is unbalanced.

The M16 is horribly overpowered, if he was using stopping power with it that would be worse.
Also Perks balanced? Nothing in Cod4,5 and Mw2 MP has been balanced.
And the M16 is not over-fucking-powered. With Stopping Power it requires an accurate burst with the three bullets all hitting the target. Close range it just cannot win, because you can't get off a second burst for about a half second, while automatic weapons continue firing.

Grenades, be it a frag or from a Nade launcher they just ruin the game.
Juggernaught never did bother me, but giving you MORE health in a multiplayer is cheap, its an unfair advantage. Same with extra damage. Also the M16 can win in close quarters I have seen it happen many times.
