My own personal Hell would be the name of my private dungeon where I keep all the futuristic torture devices and the medieval ones too.
I would go playing there once a day and satisfy my sadistic attitude (ab)using the dissidents, their respective daughters and a handfull of my beautiful random female subjects as soon as I have established my malevolent dictatorship and completed my plan of world domination.
It would be some old damp castle like stronghold with a lakeside around and a lot of red and black furniture and carpets. "Your personal Hell" would be engraved on the plate looming above the main entrance only overshadowed by some creepy gothic gargoyle statues with luminous eyes (and hidden videocameras for unneeded yet quite pleasing security reason obviously)

So, dear topic creator, did my post answer your question adequatly enough?

You wake up in a strange place. You try to open your eyes but the light is bright and you have to keep your eyes closed. In a few seconds, you try to squint to get an idea where you are. You find out that you're in a small room, ten by ten feet. You can hear only the buzz of the single fluorescent light bulb. After getting a grasp of your situation, you notice there is a stereo system set up with speakers in each corner of the room. You get up and investagate the strange object. You poke and prod until you press the play button.

"Baby, Baby, Baby, oh Baby! Baby, Baby, Baby, oh Baby!..."

The song is unbearably loud and on loop. With one hand over one ear, you try to turn the stereo off with your other hand. But nothing is working, the song keeps replaying the same line over and over.

The song has playing for what seems like days. You are unsure how long you can take it...

That is my hell.
NOOOOO!!!! Also, nice avatar. Took me a while to notice it moves.

OT: Spiders. Anything with spiders in it.

To be trapped inbetween the world and nothing. To be forced to watch everything and everyone you care about live and suffer before your eyes with nothing you can do about it.

My personal hell would be a world without dialogue, or any form of communication. Where people wouldn't express their inner feelings through polite conversation or physical gesture (Yes, that means no sex either).

It would drive me insane, being restrained to individual interaction.

Runner up: Silent Hill :D

Runner-runner up: The Cube from CUBE (That place still terrifies me)

Being forced to live in Canberra.

But off-topic, the other day I got to thinking "If hell is where all the bloodthirsty dictators and murderers end up, surely Hell would've been taken by force yonks ago". Let's hope the powers-at-be didn't decide to Put Hitler, Genghis Khan and John Wayne Gacey into the same 500 mile radius.

Well it's obvious that my personal hell would be to sit down and play RPGs and Street Fighter games for all of eternity. Honest!

Oh, all right. My biggest dream is to experience outer space. Therefore, in some cruel twisted sense of irony, I would spend eternity in outer space alone, never to return. Driven mad in solitude forever.

I am already living through my personal hell, it's living without one you love so dearly you would do anything for.

Being in a crowded supermarket with the overhead speakers blaring country music. Oh, and I'm wearing safety goggles. Just shoot me.
