I just got fillings in but they did the bottom ones WITHOUT numbing it.

Needles, like stitches and shots.
That and really big bugs I mean Really big. Ive seen wasps the size of my forearm, and a spider that was as big as half of my grandmas front door. That kind of big.

The dark. When I am in a dark room, I have the urge to pull out my shotgun and get up against a wall to be ready for the next wave of zombies.

Death is the only thing I really fear, everything else usually just startles me or creeps me out.

I am afraid of falling, not heights, just that falling/waiting for impact feeling. I also cant handle scary movies. I loved Underworld, but it was an action movie more, suspense is too much for me to stand.
Bears also scare me. Bears are godless killing machines (cookie for whoever get the reference).
lol, Stephen Colbert reference
..I guess my fears would be.........I would make a list but I don't have that kind of time.

Bees. Oh dear god, I hate motherfuckin' bees. And wasps, and all manner of other flying stinging things.

Spiders/Daddy Long Legs, although I can blame my parents for those; been inbuilt into me as a child, and I'm fine with all other insects.
Being eaten alive
Being buried alive
(guess being generally aware that I'm going to die)
Heights-although only really man-made heights. I'm fine with mountains and planes and abseiling and stuff, but not buildings.
Open water (rivers/lakes/sea)
Hot things

Stupidity and/or ignorance. I really fear stupid people, especially in masses. Sure, you can deal with one or a few, but when there's a whole mob who agrees on stupid things, that's bad.

Zombies. But really only afraid to be eaten alive. I love zombie movies and games, and I would love a zombie apocalypse, because I could kill the annoying people I know without consequences.

I fear nothing.
Sounds like you're afraid of fear.

Me? Spiders. I can stand the nice little money spiders and whatnot, but the big hairy things? Gonna be checking my back for the rest of the day.

Planes are not man-made?

Of course not! The Wright Brothers discovered a strange bird native only to Dayton, Ohio, and tamed it. Since then it has gone on to evolve into many different varieties.

Gymnogyps Daytonus? Which then emmigrated and evolved into Carthartidae Boeingus?

If I'm on a railing on something 3+ stories, I'll freak, imagining that I'll be leaning on it and it'll collapse.
And a zombie apocalypse. If that ever happened, and I wasn't in a secure place, I'd find a shotgun, put it to my head, and... you know the rest.
But what scares me more than death, is what happens after.
I'd rather be dead, (i.e. unconscious) than be a sentient spirit watching over my friends and family.
It'd break my heart, knowing that I'd miss the best moments of my life...
