Espeon (psychic type! Woot!)
Machoke (fighter type FTW)
Amphoros (zappy zappy!)

All Level 100

Typhlosion-I just love him. Power, his badass look and he can take a hit, unlike Infernape, the *****.

Mew-It can learn any move and has pretty good stats. Fly, Surf, Waterfall and Zap Cannon is the set up for my one

Kabutops-Water and Rock. Nothing can kill him...almost

Alakazam-He's chargin his Psybeam. SHOOP DA WHOOP! Best pyschic character in the whole series after Mew.

Zapdos-Great stats and has all the advantages of lightning and flying with half the weaknesses.

Misdreavous or Gengar-You need a ghost in their somewhere and both of these are good ghost pokemon. They're also some of the only ghost pokemon, but that's besides the point.

I have a slight hobby of going back and recreating teams for myself and my friends, but some of the more memorable ones would be-
Diamond-Lucario, Dusknoir, Garchomp, Gastrodon, Spiritomb, and Honchcrow
Soul Silver- Typholsion, Exeggutor, Lapras, Umbreon, Dragonite, and Tyranitar. (switching swampert and metagross for Exeggutor and Lapras)
And I'm working on getting the team- Salamance, Richu, Muk, Glalie, Umbreon, and Espeon.

My preferred team is:

Lucario
Tyranitar
Bronzong
Dragonite
Ninjask
Espeon

I find it has a little bit of everything; some quick fighters, some special destroyers, and a trully nasty combination that takes an awesome, slow pokemon and removes it's greatest weakness. I havn't seen anything be able to beat my Tyranitar-Bronzong combo in a double battle. Ah, the joys of trick room...

I were like talking about not in terms of the strictures of having to be able to combat each type I'd rely mostly on Fire.

Black Charizard (Yes I was lucky enough to get one)
Arcanine
Gyarados
Jolteon

Quilava: Fire Type: I like it more than Typhlosion...what can i say?

Scizor: Bug/Steel type: extremely fast, and can dish out alot of power at the same time. Also being part Steel means he has a very Good defence, especially when he knows Iron Defence.

Jolteon: Electric: Again quite fast, and again can dish out alot of damage, especially if it knows Charge, Along with Thunder

Tropius: Grass/Flying: With it being part Grass, it has a better chance at Rock Pokemon, but it is also a weakness sadly, it being part Flying also allows it to take down Ground and other Grass Pokemon down easily.

Gyarados: Water/Flying: Having this combo means grass types are not super effective, yet Gyarados is super effective to them, with one aerial move, a strong water attack and 2 dragon attacks (one being dragon dance) means you have a very successful Gyarados...unless up against a Electric type...

And last but not least

Aggron: Steel/Rock: Huge defence, very powerful attacks...Can easily overcome his weaknesses, Earthquake for Fighting Pokemon, Thunder For Water Types.

As you can see with my party's i like being tactical, and that's countering the weaknesses of my Pokemon, i only Have Quilava simply Because he is awesome, and at a high level, can be really good, not as good as most other Fire Types, but he gets the job done =)

Also if i Fancy a change of Water Pokemon

Feraligatr: Water: Can learn the Devastating Hydro Cannon, and is very power full Knowing Crunch, Dragon Claw Surf and the above attack means you have a power house, this is acctualy my Starter, but im awaiting a Cyndaquil of a certain someone (Mr Bear)

and for the record, im on Soul Silver =)
