a rising politician in Australia. Become PM and get shit done.
I'd vote for you.

Get some more stand-up comedy acts, recover from chronic fatigue, get this job at the town council and finish my current course.
Trying for all of these but life is hard and harsh.
My overall fantasy though is creating a game that gets some acclaim.

My dream has always been to become an actress, but with so many other young people who want to be on tv or films it will be impossible for me to get anywhere without a lucky break.

Alternatively I'd love to buy out my perfect home somewhere, settle down and never worry about work again. Again, I don't see this ever happening unless I win the lottery, which I don't even play.

This.

I feel like I'm missing out on something special being trapped in the US. I went to Canada once and everything was all clean and everyone was real friendly (despite being drunk) it was pretty cool. I want to see Japan, Brittan, Germany... stuff like that.

Not going to Australia though. Everything there tries to kill you.
That honestly doesn't sound any different from the US, where everyone tries to kill you as well; sometimes over nothing, really.

Edge of possible: Become more hardworking, competent and charismatic while at uni, make numerous contacts, resolve to actually get something done with my life, and over the course of the next 10-20 years manage to persuade governments and corporations and such to help me get a Verne Gun built.

http://www.kschroeder.com/weblog/the-verne-gun

280,000 tonnes to orbit. That's about three times the USS Enterprise. This is sort of thing that needs to get done, but probably won't, and nobody even seems to be working on it. This is a thing that could be a person's life's work, but (as I sort of implied above) I'm not really driven enough, or competent enough to succeed, so I'm probably going to have to settle for being a normal. An alternative would be thorium reactors, but more people have got that idea in their heads already, and I'm not as passionate as I am about "Space!" and "Nuclear Cannons!"

Actually plausible: To become a successful property developer in the future. That's the least fantastical thing I have that actually counts as a fantasy, things like getting into uni and not failing while I'm at uni are just ordinary plans for the future, they're different and don't count.

To go to America to meet a certain someone and get a decent job there. Rather simple, yet also far away.

Plausible mode: I'd just like to run my own business. Problem is, need starting capital which I don't have.

Implausible mode: Win lottery. Buy a metric fuck-tonne of flats and rent them out (so I have a consistent income for the rest of my days for doing nothing). Also buy shares in space and 3D printer companies. Those two industries are the future.

Starting with the most plausible I would like to see Anti-Flag and Billy Talent live (I was so close to accomplish both of these this summer). Moving more into the implausible I want to see Thousand Foot Krutch live (they don't play much in Europe).

As for those things I really want to accomplish, but most likely wont I want to go to Australia and tale diving lessons and go to South Africa and work in a predator park.

Plausible: I'd like to write a novel at some point. It wouldn't even have to be very successful, just so long as I was able to write it.

Also plausible (but nobody else would think so): Being immortal would be pretty cool, I want to do that too.

With luck I want to work on comic books. Liefeld keeps getting hired after all...A slightly less offensive to Liefeld fans (snorts and giggles as I type this) would be home ownership before my 30's with enough left over for a game room. Not an Arcade machine filled room but a room with shelves-upon-shelves of games and a nice, big set up for my current consoles and enough room to expand as I collect more.

As for accomplishments, marriage which will happen this decade. As for something I want to happen and will rely on luck would be financially stability to the extent that would allow me to be a stay-at-home/house husband. Granted I would probably go insane after a bit and start trying to break into writing so lets amend it to that.

You generally just don't go down dark alleys are parade around at night with your "riches" and you'll be fine. Generally...

Oh, we ALL wish that.
Eh, as "Possible" means "Pretty much anything", Ima go with being a super hero. And just when everyone relies on me to save the world, becoming evil and living on mars with my sexy alien wife and three kids.

After studying mechanical engineering, I would like to be scouted by a firearms manufacturer in the USA and get a job in that industry.

Not that simple if you don't have the right traits. The fastest ways of living in America are marrying, becoming a rich investor (even this might take a few years) or just get a company to hire you and be willing to do the paperwork.

That's a rather simple question with a rather simple answer: Fall in love.

Well, the certain someone would help with the marrying part. Then all I need is to man up and risk moving there. Which is unlikely to happen :/

Bah. If only some opportunity would leap out at me and I could decide what to do with my life. I've so many options, so much potential to do anything, that I have no idea what to do.
