Recently, getting a 48-0 game in Halo: Reach, along with a last-minute flag cap, starting at their base with 17 seconds of sudden death left on the clock (I felt epic xD).

OR

About a few months after BC2 came out, defending Laguna Presa in a Rush game, I sniped a boat full of attackers (4 of them) with headshots in the space of a few seconds. The best part? 3 bullets :)

I don't play Halo much, but my friend is a big fan. He was playing a game of Infection (or, the one with a shotgun but then you turn into a fast plasma sword wielding guy, yeah?) with a mate. His mate decided to stop playing so I grabbed the controller.

Not only did I manage to kill my mate a couple of times, I actually survived to the end of the round and won. At that point I decided to retire from Halo.

It was awesome.

Delivering the killing blow to the Lich King as the last surviving party member (by about 1 second, but still - people were sure it'd be a wipe), granting our guild it's first LK kill, with titles and all that came with it. Not really all that impressive, especially considering that we were as good as dead, but it was an epic feeling, and it took a lot of effort getting to that point.

Halo 3. I got a Ghost. My buddy got a turret and rode on the front. The ensuing carnage was glorious.

When I played a game of Bad Company 2 with some friends, and we came out as numbers 1-7 on our team, with me as number 1. Compounded by me being a good 20-30 levels below them, having played the game for a quarter of the time and getting the greatest K/D and a shitload of those various accolades.

Felt good. Didn't play the game for weeks afterwards, quitting while ahead and all that.

Hmm. Probably in Battlefield Bad Company 2 when me and my friend were alone in a squad in a game of hardcore squad deathmatch. He was sniping as a sort of "overwatch" and I was an assault, going and sneaking up with a shotgun on the 3 other full squads who had been very organized. We had been playing with these people for a while and were holding our own when my friend mentioned he had seen some movement in the window of a house that I was near.
As I ran up to the door, I tossed a grenade through the window. One guy was downstairs, who I tried to shoot and missed. Another guy came running down the stairs to get away from the grenade and I shot him before he even saw me, then finished off the other guy.
Just as I was about to reload, one of the two guys upstairs tossed a grenade down, right at my feet so I had no other choice but to rush up into who knows what. When I got up there, I could only see one guy and, once again, I missed with my shotgun. Now out of bullets, I whipped out my pistol (the WWII one, can't remember it's name) and emptied the entire clip in a matter of seconds in his general direction. Somehow they didn't kill him so for the next 10 seconds we ran around each other, trying to get a knife kill and both failing miserably until I finally got behind him and finished him off.
At this point I was so relieved that it never occurred to me to check the other room for the 4th guy, so understandably, I was surprised when he walked out on me, machine gun blazing. Thinking that I was about to die, I screamed at my gun to reload faster as just enough bullets hit me to bring me to the brink of death. Just then, there was a far-off gunshot heard over his wild machine gun and he fell to the floor, sniped in the head my my team mate.

*sniff sniff, best moment ever

tl;dr after killing 3/4 of a squad in BFBC2, my team mate saved my life as I reloaded with a sniper headshot from halfway across the map through a window

I had tons of epic moments when I win the game by a huge score but the best moment I remember now was a few days ago, I was in Bad company 2 with my friends, I was on a Quad bike and my friends placed some landmines under the Quad, they exploded the land mines and the Quad started flying to the other end of the map, halfway in my flight I left the Quad and landed on an the enemie B base, I knifed the guy in the UAV and a bush wookie and conquered the base while shooting a bunch of crazy americans that tried to stop me.

The only thing coming to mind was a recent TF2 match. I started as Pyro and kept getting knocked off by snipers. Everyone was. So I changed to Sniper and took everyone of the bastards out over and over. I died a few times too, but my team ended up winning the match.

Either Halo Reach Living Dead, and regularly holding off every single zombie as last man standing.. One particular time, Sword Base, I was Last Man Standing. Almost all my shotgun ammo still with me, and I just kept moving around. They had to chase me, and I used unpredictable routes. I survived for a minute and a half (That's how much of the match was left when I became LMS) without dying, along, against eleven other players.
Each match is three rounds. I got something like 52 points, 1 or 2 deaths. Bear in mind you have limited ammunition, too. Glorious. :D

Also, my Extermination in Reflection. 4v4, and I killed the entire enemy team single handedly with an Overkill.

And one favourite moment was when a friend and I were playing GoW together, but only against each other. It got to the last kill of the match and could go either way. We were very even, bear in mind, first time I'd ever played GoW, and I was mostly a PC gamer, so controllers weren't that great with me.
It was on the map with the train, I don't know the name. Basically, he was behind a sandbag on one side of the track, and I was behind the opposite sand bag. Train comes rushing past, obscuring our views of each other. We both get up, take aim. I rev up my torque bow, train still going past.. And I shoot. Between the carriages, in that small fast moving gap, hit him, and the delay between hit and gorey explosion was enough time for him to go '..You didn-' BAM yes I did. :D Priceless.

Playing Warcraft III in arranged team with a friend way back in the days. My friend disconnected so I was left alone against the other two. When that happens in Warcraft III you do get control over your ally's forces, but you're still at a disadvantage since you have to do everything yourself. I ended up winning it after quite a while and I was really proud of myself.

In Mount & Blade Warband, taking out a charging cavalry unit while it is in midair with a headshot using one throwing axe and the taking out the rider with a second. The best thing about the kill? I created a unicorn.
God I love Warband stories. For me just getting a kill is often epic enough- especially on something objective based. This story, though... was amazing.

This insane pistol round I had in CS 1.6 on de_dust2 where I was rotating from B to A while the whole terrorist team came up long A. I threw a nade from CT spawn that blew up the bomb planter from below (he had to have less than 15 hp for it to kill him but it worked). I took out all but the last T and tried for the defuse, heard a step and hit a jumping 180 usp headshot. Then I totally marked out. I was so random in CS..

Back on vanilla World of Warcraft when 60 was as high as you could go my horde guild raided Stormwind so we could have a mock wedding in the cathedral for the guild leader and her boy friend. As the guild's top priest i got to marry them over ventrilo. it was a 40 man raid, party 1 was the wedding procession and parties 2 through 8 were working security at the door.

The only one that springs to mind right now is FFXI - Ninja tank in Crawler's lair, who wasn't terrible, but was finding it hard to keep aggro off our DDs, because he just wasn't getting enough damage. For some reason, we had a link, another mob jumps in, he loses hate, so I, as a Samurai, provoke, take the hate from both mobs, and *somehow* ended up parrytanking and taking next to NO damage. I felt badass.

Oh, and getting the MVP in my SECOND round of Bad Company 2. God knows how I managed that.

Pretty much any time I managed to get a positive net when playing UT2004 TAM/TDM officials, scrims and such. That was very rare :D

Also worth noting is owning people with the bio rifle. Really pisses people off ^_^

I was playing World of Warcraft, and I helped someone do a quest and they said 'Cheers mate' and for those few seconds I knew I had a friend.

The happiest moment of my life. My first ever friend.
I cracked a smile.
Errr... now hoping you've since found another playmate.
I'm sure you have, apple shampoo sounds delightful! I once ate a whole bottle... plastic and all.

In SC2.
Had such an awesome comeback victory after getting decimated by a cannon/VR rush that my opponent called me a cheater.
If I were even .2 seconds later with my transfuse on that one spore crawler, I would definitively have lost.
Or if I were even a second late with my burrow, he'd have seen me and wouldn't have walked into my ambush with his colossus and I would have lost.

It was very much touch and go a few times, but I pulled through and managed get back my economy.
I felt so proud.
