When I played Halo 3, and got fifteen kills and no deaths. Perfect game. I didn't hide or anything though, I used the shotgun mostly.
Turtling successfully enough in Dawn of War to win a 2v2 match on Into the Breach, despite my ally having been knocked out early on. I couldn't make any headway, since I needed to focus all of my efforts on keeping the turret wall repaired, but after 2 hours of stalemate my opponents finally gave up and forfeited.

I play too much multiplayer to pick a single moment however my buddy who doesn't play online games much was in a game with me for his.

we're sitting at the front entrance to a compound with our 3rd marine buddy at the side entrance radar shows trouble our way and suddenly I have a cloaked predator ripping out my throat my friend starts firing taking out the predator as an alien leaps on me (well whatever is left of me after a predator clawing) buddy keeps firing his gun for a second kill then spins and takes out the alien flanking him in a flash. As I'm respawning and running back into the compound through the side door I see the last guy into the fray (a predator) running for his life down main street chased by a marine (my buddy) and over the mic our 3rd marine yells "Holy ***t! that guy just killed everybody"
We were laughing about that for an hour

I managed to get a 45 killstreak on KillZone 2 once, killstreaks are pretty difficult, killstreaks on KillZone 2... unheard of.
In LoL, My first game using Morgana. I got 3 kills, 0 Deaths, and I think 4 assists. The best part was that I got all those kills on purpose, instead of by accident firing into a fray like I usually do. It was my best game ever. Granted it was an easy bot game, but I take my victories where I can get them.

I went 52 and 3 in a game of infection in Halo Reach. Ran out of ammo twice. I actually stood up and danced for a bit after that match.

My teammates had trapped the survivors into a narrow passage with Chargers and Hunters, and so I spat down, which ended up killing half their team. I also managed to not die in the entire match.

Once in MW I killed two of my friends with one sniper shot. First kill went trough the first ones ass and the second in the head. I still have no idea how I managed that one. On a related note I once managed to hit one the guys first in the head then in the balls while we were playing paintball. I seem to be his unlucky charm or something.

The one time I went 35:1 in CoD:WaW team deathmatch. I never played another round of that game afterwards, lol!
I was playing a 4v4 game of Starcraft 2 and I used two ghosts and a medivac to cause the entire enemy team to leave while they were destroying our base. (causing my team to win)
