Disgaea: Hour of Darkness on the PS2, I only looked for it for about six months before finding a reasonably priced copy.
I also have Disgaea DS, which I haven't seen in many stores, but I don't know if it out to be considered rare...

I think at this point Pokemon Red and Yellow are ... uncommon ... maybe not rare ...

My rarest games are only rare from some special reason.

I think its my complete SNES copy of Chrono Trigger. (game, box, manual, posters, and strat guide) It took me forever to get everything, but now it doesn't really matter cuz it been rereleased on the ds and ps, so noone but me cares. haha
