My older brother (2yrs older) is my best friend. Okay I wouldn't really say it like that in real life but it's true. We get along great. We're like twins. We look very silimar (in the eyes of other people) and we act the same way. If I had a $1 for everytime some ask "Are you twins?".

Yes we have our fights but what siblings don't? It's mostly my fault becuase I have a short tempter. Though we have a great way to get over that kind of stuff. One of us gets the other a drink. The rule is how can you still be mad when they got you a drink. It works very well.

When we were younger we moved around the country a fair bit. I believe it's one of the reasons we're so close.

My brother is just over 2 years younger than me. Sometimes we get along but other times we don't. If he didn't go to my dads every second week I wouldn't be able to stand him.

I'm kind of jealous about my girlfriends relationship with her siblings, they seem to get along really well.

There are 4 of us. I'm the upper-middle child. Yay.
Brother #1 is 2 years older than me.
Brother #2 is 2 years younger than me.
Sister is 6 years younger.

We all get along really well, amazingly. My older brother and I go to the same college and are majoring in the same thing together, so that's fun. Only sibling I ever have conflict with is my younger brother, since we're basically opposites when it comes to certain things.

Other than that....hurray for family!

My brother is three years older and we get along really well. We went through a period where we couldn't stand each other but when he went off to college I think the separation helped and made us mature. We're really close now.

We're pretty different though. He is a huge sports fan and I'm not. I love music, but he only has a passive interest but we still get along tremendously.

To think a year and a half ago I was calling him the King of the Douchey Frat Boys. Now I forget he was a total douche.

Oh boy here we go:

Oldest Step-sister: barely talk to, lives in New York while I'm in Kentucky

Other Step-sister: get along with alright, I have a better time with her kids then her

Younger sister: Very close, we grew up together, moving close to her this week, we have the same mom who has been there for us the whole time

adopted sister: We get along great, and I love my nephew from her.

brother: Haven't seen him in years due to my dad's current wife,

baby sister: See brother above.

Siblings. All siblings by blood were born in the same month too, with me being the oddball born in a different one.

I have a terrible relationship with my brother. I know I vented several times on this forum because he annoys me so much. He's a recovering drug addict that has the most delusional view of himself that freaks out if you try to show him the reality. He's no longer on illegal drugs (though still abuses prescriptions and common ones) but he still has that ridiculous self-illusion. If he acted the way he thinks he does he's be cool.

He thinks he's responsible, understanding, and clean. He has half the dishes in his room under piles of rotten food and mold, doesn't understand that it's disgusting or why I get mad when he spills shit on the stairs, and isn't responsible enough to get up for work on his own or take care of his own cat he adopted. He didn't even notice his cat was injured, much less it gradually getting worse until I took him to the vet because it wasn't healing. Turns out it was infected and he still won't take clean it and give the cat his antibiotics and leaves it to me.

Got a younger sister. She was always unnecessarily confrontational with me when I living at home (which is partially why I found the anime Little Sister Can`t Be This Cute so funny, younger sisters that age really DO act like that!). These days, we can actually have a conversation without her trying to bite my head off. I think it's a combination of her growing-up, the fact we no longer live under the same roof, and that her new boyfriend has mellowed her out a bit.

My brother is 7 years older then me and lets just say I don't consider him a role model. He's not a bad dude but hes made some really bad decisions in life and is fucked because of it. He had a kid with a huge ***** and that brought a bunch of drama to the family that never existed before she came into our lives. He was in high school until he was I was think..23 so that's not good, he's back living with us and hasn't had a job in years. I still get a long with him, I got a long better when he wasn't living with us, he annoys the hell out of me quite often now that he's back with the parents.

It's quite odd really, that the older brother is annoying the younger instead of the other way around.

I am very close to my older brother who is 5 years and 363.25 days older than me (6 years)
We like the same kinds of music, play the same kinds of games, and generally like the same things. I'll get him to play cool new games and check out anime, he'll show me cool things he's done at his work.
He is pretty much a stronger, less internet-savvy version of me. When the zombie apocalypse happens, he is the first person I am gathering and vice-versa.

I am not as close to my little bro. My little brother isn't an idiot, but he does dumb things all the time and is a massive conformist. The dumbest thing he's ever asked me was:
Him: " what do they drive in Mario Kart?"
Me (stunned): 'go... Karts...?'
Him: "oh ok thanks"
I know he conforms to what his friends think is cool because he is just at that age (5 1/2 years younger than me, so 16 right now) but zomg he rarely thinks for himself. Even when I visit my parents and play games with him or see what he's up to, he's listening to music his friends like, or watching anime that his friends like. I should feel better that I can get him on the path of "things that are actually good" but I know he is just conforming to what I say. My mom says "its cuz he loves you!" but I know its because he doesn't yet know what to think. I am really hoping he gets a personality by the time he is done highschool or I will be massively disappoint...

I'm a good friend with my brother.
I am not saying our friends don't know us (only 2 years apart but our friend circles are different due to school etc) but you really know the other one better than any friends they got.
We come along very well and couldn't ask for a better brother. Well sometimes of course ;)

Well we are 4 and I am the 3rd oldest, I am the protector, the one that's always there when they need help, the one that took they're place when they did something bad and got punched by my father instead, I really care about them and try to help them every time I can but I feel rather unappreciated, I mean none of them has ever thanked me for any of the things I've done for them and they always introduce me to they're friends "He is my brother xxx don't talk to him he's weird" and normally they respond "That's mean" to which they respond "Don't worry about that he's like a robot, he has no feelings"...
I know I'm pretty dry but is it really that hard to notice that I do have feelings, I mean I have cried at least 2 times, I think that shows I do have feelings.
Whatever, basically I'm the official family punching bag because I can take it, whenever somebody has a problem they vent on me, my father doesn't really like me because I'm always disrespecting him (It started when he used to hit me, I would mock his punches by telling him he punched like a girl), so yeah, I help them but none of them really care for me, they have never asked me how I'm feeling, never.

My brother is ten years older than me and he's my best friend.
We spend a lot of time together, playing board games or co-op video games.
There's no one who gets me as well as him.
And I love him to death.

I have an older sister who's about three years older than I am. We do quarrel like any siblings, but ultimately we've always gotten along pretty well. I mean she's my sister, the only one I've got, despite all her faults (i.e we were watching the lovely bones the other day, it started skipping and such. I suggested we clean it and she started going on and on about how that wouldn't do anything and how crappy the quality of rentals are. Turns out the disc was filthy, and it ran fine after a clean) this world would suck without her.

My brother is 3 years younger than me and was have always been close since the teens 25-22 now. We have similar interests, so much we did the same couse at university and he now works at the same company I do. It probably helped that I was never very girly and once we got to about 12 stopped the serious fighting which only happened rarely.

I have two brothers, both younger. I used to have a very rocky relationship with one of them during his teen years when he acted like a douchebag and was heavily into drugs and retarded stuff. He has shaped up his life however and now I get along fine with both of my brothers. Although I wish one of them would work harder at getting a job.
