I want you to talk about the things you've done in gaming that fits with the Deadly sins!

And here they are!
1.Lust
2.Gluttony
3.Greed
4.Despair
5.Sloth
6.Wrath

8.Pride

My latest sins are Greed and Wrath in S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl.
I knifed one guy in Rostok and BAM! Entire city is out to get my head. Sooo,one thing led to another and I killed the majority of Rostok.
...and looted them afterwards. Kinda hard to find someone to sell the stuff to now.

I guess you could say I've been rather extravagant in Saints Row 2. My massive income combined with the massive rewards I get for each mission means that I have a ridiculous amount of money, so I've been buying every safe house and instantly upgrading every customizable object in each of them to "Super Hi-Tech Expensive" or whatever they're each called.

I guess this could be considered greed as well, so extravagance and greed.

I really wanna play STALKER but it has some bullshit engine error when I start a game. Swear it only happens when I buy a pack from Steam...

On topic, though; probably greed while playing Civ4. Consequently every other civilization and their mothers declare war on me, and I ragequit...

My kill wasn't really an accident. Some guy had the Sniper Okoban and I wanted a closer look...Hmm,your way of taking care of them seem's to me as a good one.

Acedia is an interesting word, funny that I have never heard it before. Apparently it is a gamer sin not to care about my gamer score and not even plugging my 360 in because I can't keep up enough interest to play.

I got myself some Sloth, concidering i have gotten tired of scribblenauts months ago, but i cant play anything else because i cant find any other of my games. Because they are not in my bed. Or the fridge. Or the computer. And other than those three, the bathroom is the other place i want to look.
And i have other games. They are just in a distance that requires walking.
God, im lazy

Greed. In an RPG or anything with moral choice I generally go with whatever has the best rewards. Example: In Fallout, I tried to convince both Simms and Burke to give me more money. Whoever gave me the most would get their job done. Thankfully it was Simms.

EDIT: Although, my worst was probably Wrath or Envy. In Fable II I stole some mad scientists recently resurrected wife for my own and in Bioshock 2 I killed some dude (his name currently escapes me) because of how he mistreated the Little Sisters.

Pride, Vainglory (which is kind of the same thing, but w/e), Wrath and Despair throughout the course of Soulstorm. But then, if none of them happened the game wouldn't be any fun.

Spoiler: Lust

Really? No one's said it? Come on, you know you've done something in a game somewhere just because of lust. Specifically for me in Fallout 3 I played an evil, lecherous mad scientist chick, and I always dressed her in the sexy outfits when I wasn't in a life or death situation. Then there are the countless mods to make them naked...hell, even when I played a good guy I'd still end up killing an entire town so I could take the clothes off of the dead chicks and kick around their half naked corpses...wow...I just now realized that's kinda messed up. Not to mention tranquilizing Emma in MGS2 so you could call her brother while you crawled around on her while she's unconscious...I'm not a bad person I swear!!!

Spoiler: Despair

Interestingly enough, despair too. Often in Silent Hill, my fear during a boss fight would cause me to do poorly till my mind snapped and I'd say "Fuck it" and just sit there and let them kill me so I wouldn't have to get out of my chair and hit the reset button. Just let them kill me so I can reload and get my health/ammo back. Also occasionally happens in RPGs too, just without the fear and skipping straight to the 'I fucked up' part.

Also, while at least most of those are certainly "mortal sins" (I say mostly because "acedia" pretty much means sloth so I'm not sure if there is a subtle difference I'm missing..., but there are in fact only 7 deadly sins "wrath, greed, sloth, pride, lust, envy, and gluttony.") Unless I'm wrong in which case please correct me.
*Edit* Someone mentioned lust while I was writing this little novel (ah, DOA Beach Volleyball...ah yes...good times...) so disregard that first sentence. That is all.
