My Skyrim character is a female assassin Khajiit. My Oblivion character is a male assassin Khajiit.

I think this would happen.

I played a lot more stealthy characters in Oblivion than I play in Skyrim. I'm playing a spellsword kinda character, with a focus on Destruction, Conjuration, Enchanting, and One-Handed Weapons. I kinda prefer maces, weirdly enough. My usual strategy is either to summon up an Atronach and run in swinging my mace or to hang back, dodge arrows, and Ice Spike everything with a pulse. It's actually a lot of fun.
OT: I'm not 100% sure whether my main Oblivion character (stealthy Wood Elf with bows and such) could take out the whole party I cart around in Skyrim (including me, Jenassa, Vigilance, and usually a Flame Atronach).

Roleplayingly, my Oblivion character is an ancestor of my Skyrim character.

And since my Oblivion character was always the 'skilled swordsman' type... I think he'd win.

My best Oblivion character would destroy my Skyrim :/ although if Skyrim character can shout he would win hands down :/ (marked for death(3) then ice form(2))

My oblivion character had permanent +80 to defense :/ then a set of full glass armour etc. all the stuff everybody else did to make their character a beast :/

well my Oblivion character is a sword-weilding nordic mage who likes wearing heavy armour and light armour or even potato peelings because i was unfocused then.
my Skyrim Khajit... assasin blade perk, steel knife (fine) and the DB gloves, with a high sneak and decent one-handed.

Oblivion Nord, you're getting your throat slit.

Seeing as my oblivion char. had 102% reflect dmg and 100% resist magic.... I don't think my Skyrim Char. has much of a chance.

Honestly even considering how OP my Oblivion character was I think my Skyrim character would win. All I would have to do is use the Ice Form shout and my Oblivion character would be frozen allowing my Skyrim character time to get over and power attack him to death before he could stand up.

Well, my Oblivion character was well versed in Destruction magic and was basically undetectable in a well-lit room full of guards, while my Skyrim character smithed himself a set of legendary glass armor and two enchanted axes, and can of course shout people off cliffs. So I guess it all comes down to who hits first.

I recreated my Oblivion character for my first Skyrim run and am calling him his reincarnation. It adds an interesting element to my natural love for the way the game lends itself to immersing yourself in the RP part of the RPG.

As far as them versus each other... I prefer playing hidey-bow-shooty-neck-slashy characters, which they both are, so they would probably end up trying to murder each other and considering that my Oblivion character was Master level in Sneak, Alchemy, and Marksman, probably him. Unless they just joined forces and took over the world together. That'd be cool too.

In all seriousness, they would be very evenly matched. It would just be dependent on which one found the other first.

hmmmmmmm, tough one.
My best Oblivion character was an orc who rocked stock Deadric equipment (usually a warhammer)

MY SKyrim Character is rocking fully upgraded Ebony armor and the mace of Molag Bol

seems pretty even.
I give the edge to my skyrim character as he has shouts on his side.
