Then do what my friend is doing and put it on Master difficulty, he says its like turning it into a rougelke rpg, and planning out your encounters is vital.

Currently I'm a level 25 Breton named Warwick who used poisons and dagger, heavily reliant on destruction and conjuration, and illusion. Till he contracted Lycanthropy, now he fights dragons as a werewolf after crippling them with his many deadly poisons.

I'm an Imperial Archmage named Pard with the mask of Morokei, and specializing in Destruction magic.

At this point my Fireball and Chain Lightning spells are so powerful that dualwielding either of them while practically blast the majority of Skyrim's inhabitants in half.

... Except ofcourse for those pesky giants.

A nord that specializes in heavy armor, one handed swords, and shields. I also like to have versatility so I practice restoration and archery.

Nord who runs around, shooting arrows and smacking necromancers with his big old mace, and newly acquired magical samurai sword.

Cromwell Preacher's the name. Killing Dragons is my game.

Which armour is that?

Looks like something from the Dark Brotherhood.

Level 13 Argonian battlemage. I focus mainly on one handed weapons, light armour, destruction, and restoration. I'll switch around between bashing people with my weapon, blasting them with magic, or healing myself. I love being able to use two types of magic at once. I'm also working on enchanting and speechcraft, but those aren't as high as my main 4.

Not really part of any organization right now, besides being a Thane of Whiterun, though I'm thinking about joining the Legion. Blasted Stormcloaks are a bunch of xenophobic pricks. I've seen how my egg-brothers are treated in Windhelm.

I play a Nord based on a ranger/huntsman.
Dual wield axes and bows are weapons of choice, no magic apart from healing. Makes potions and poisons with alchemy and crafts his own armour.

When I the two white eyes (damaged blind eyes) I started on a back story that he died, but can't leave the world yet until he restores a balance, a curse placed on him. What that balance is I don't know. Every time he "dies" he wakes up again at a previous point in time. As part of his curse he can't refuse to help anybody, resulting in him making a lot of "bad" choices, which then require more good work in order to balance out.

Really like role playing him in the game.

Keep playing the theives guild until you become a nightingale, the armours given to you then. Very nice perks attatched to them as well.

Great!

I was hoping it wasn't attached to the Dark Brotherhood.

I know where to take my Stealthy Bosmer now.

I'm an Orc in heavy armor with a two handed axe. I got the spell bound axe in a chest early on and decided to work on my magic to cast it. So now hes pretty good at conjuration. He's also doing smithing and enchanting. I intend to build the ultimate set of armour and weapons one day.

I found the stone of the atronach out in the woods. So now he can absorb magic 50% but regenerates magic 50% slower(which is easily compensated for) and that works on dragonfire too!

I've decided to work on destruction too. So I can do something to those damn dragons when they are in the air!

So the big dumb Orc is becoming quite the battlemage!

I've only played a few hours and I'm still relatively low leveled compared to other people's characters but I made a Nord who so far is specialising/favouring in one handed, heavy armour and archery.

It's quite fun, pick off the weaker ones with stealth kills, any that survive get acquainted with a mace to the teeth.

What armor type is that? Ebony? It looks freakin' cool.

OT: I'm rolling a sort of mage/archer Breton. Although, I've started seeing how awesome armor and weapon smithing can be in this game, so I might start being a bit of a battlemage or something.

Female Breton Sneaky Bastard, using the same Steel War Axe I picked up ages ago (smithed up better, naturally). I tend to use Destruction and Archery/Alchemy (poison!) a fair bit, and I wish I could learn some dragon cuss words to do something with all these dragon souls I've damn near gotten killed over.

Also I use Sneak a lot.

I'm a Male Norde who's version of stealth is running at people with a Battleaxe in full heavy armour. At the moment I have full superior Dwarven armour which I crafted/found and I have the famous axe of Ysgramor. I don't use magic because it's just really annoying to switch to spells, might heal myself every now and then if its after the battles done and i'm low on health.

Go do the Theives guild until you are asked to become a "nightingale". It's very cool looking if you get to pull off a throat slash move from behind wearing that. Makes me feel a little like Ezio if he were in this game.

Male High Elf pure mage.
Level 10
Mainly put points into Destruction (±40), Conjuration (±30), and Restoration (±30). Aside from that I'm not too shabby at lock picking.
Kinda stuck on the Magnus quest, in the Dwarf ruins? I think I might be a bit too low a level for it.

I also need to learn some enchanting so I can ditch these robes, I die too easy. Any advice?

Male Dunmer battlemage with a tendency to put things on fire and shout down guards in every single hold he visits. Focusing mainly on destruction and leaning heavily on flame magic, throwing in a bit of conjuration and picking swords and bows out of the air, and when magic fails he either runs away or takes out something heavy to smack people on the head with, maces mainly. Level 21 so far, killed around 7 dragons and still gets one-shotted by giants. Also got drunk out of my mind and ended up on the other side of the bloody country, boy that quest was weird. Good times.

Level 37 Nord(switching between dual wield swords/mace to one hand and destruction spell firebolt/fireball in left hand).I'm switching between my nightingale set with Dragonplate heavy armor.

Weapons that I use are Chillrend/Nightingale Blade for dual wield and Mace of Molag Bul for soul steal and firebolt in left hand.

My perks are these:

-79 Heavy armor(I got conditioning for no weight on the armor).
-100 Smithing(I made some daedra set and full dragonplate armor).
-70 Lockpicking(got Treasure hunter recently).
-50 Destruction(specialized on fire).
-70 one handed weapons(I haven't specialized on a specific weapon).

The rest are around 40ish some of them.

I've played for around 64 hours total and I haven't even scratched the surface.Looking forward to do Dark Brotherhood and the Rebellion quests.
