Kajitt assassin, mainly uses daggers and bows, but occasionally uses destruction magic to liven things up. getting into the dark brotherhood, do you just kill an innocent person like in oblivion or is it different. Same with the thieves guild. Please answer.
You get a misc quest to talk to someone(a kid) in one of he W cities (not first one you go to an not the one with the mages' college and he gives you a quest that starts the Dark Brotherhood. For the theives guild go to the R city in the bottom right hand of the map

Redguard with heavy armor and greatsword. I actually use restoration a good deal, so I suppose I'm a paladin without the hammer?

Seems like most people are going for the sneak route. I'd rather run around like a maniac impaling people on my 5 foot long greatsword. Not phallic at all.

Also, being a Redguard in a sea full of Nords is hilarious.

A high elf mage, with a side of archery.

While conjuration is my highest, mostly due to ridiculous leveling speed (seriously, single cast bound sword near someone and its an automatic skill up at pre 50 levels?), I mostly do Destro, Illusion, and archery, with restoration and alteration taking the same place on my priority list as lockpick and stealth.

When I actually manage to get my hands on Skyrim, I plan to roll a wood elf rouge specializing in one handed, destruction (or maybe restoration) magic, and archery.

Also, cus its awesome:

Level 30 Nord, dual weilding axes and a bow.

Gone for light armour purely because the horned scale armour looks awesome for a barbarian style character.

What armor type is that? Ebony? It looks freakin' cool.

OT: I'm rolling a sort of mage/archer Breton. Although, I've started seeing how awesome armor and weapon smithing can be in this game, so I might start being a bit of a battlemage or something.
Go do the Theives guild until you are asked to become a "nightingale". It's very cool looking if you get to pull off a throat slash move from behind wearing that. Makes me feel a little like Ezio if he were in this game.
Awesome, I just finished with the Dark Brotherhood, so I think I'll give the thieves guild a try.

Level 18ish Breton Archmage, who just loves conjuring the shit out of things.

Like's to fight with Atronaches leading the battle while he stays in the back with his bound bow or shouts if the situation calls for it, or sometimes he likes to rush in and slash away with his bound sword. Well, it's more fun dual weilding the bound swords so I tend to do that if I'm fairly certain they can't instantly tear through him in his fancy Archmage Robes.

Nord. He wields a war hammer. Eventually he will be able to craft Daedric weapons/armor and then put his own enchantments on them.
That might be the strongest stuff in the game because of the smithing bonuses. Not sure though cause I haven't found any unique stuff yet.

I play as a Khajiit mage that is a specialist in Destruction and Restoration, with some illusion and Conjuration on the side. So mostly a magic. Mage Kitty FTW!

Nord/werewolf
Dual War Axes
with a slight focus on stealth.

My future ambition is to join the storm cloaks and slaughter all of the imperials in skyrim.... and rid the world of dragons, but, the Empire first!

Khajiit with one hand, archery, light armour and lock picking specialisations. Thinking about working up my conjuration magic.

Listener of Dark Brotherhood, Harbinger of The Companions and a Werewolf but might cure myself of that.

Male Dark Elf sniper, specializing in Bow, Sneak, and light armor, and some destruction magic and lock-picking and smithing as well.

His name is Odin Neravar an he has a scar under his left eye and a tattoo meant to distract from the scar and his left eye is a milky white.

I play a male Dunmer, or Dark elf if you like.

I've specialiced in one hand weapons, alchemy, heavy armor, smithing and lockpicking.
I did initially go for destruction, but never really used it much.

I am currently level 31, I am the head of the thieves guild and in the inner circle of the companions.
So far I have slain 7 dragons.

Also, not very far in the main quest yet.

Wood-elves dont look like total pansies in this game so I chose that for the archery boost. Mostly sneaky sneaky but I'm getting bored of how easy stealth makes this game to play.

You can use weapon refining on bows too, tho. And I have that combo too, its really fun, although I also use sneak in order to get the x3 damage, I jump out of the shadows hit them with a poisoned arrow and stalk back into hiding to await another opportunity and if they get too close i conjure a blade in my right hand and zap them with lightning from my left

Imperial destructo-mage called Heroditus Umbranox (many nerd points if you know both parts of that name) with a deep set love of fire, ice and firey ice. Little bit of sneak and speech, but generally I like setting fire to stuffs. It's my life goal to become a thane of every town in the land, and I have a lovely wife Iona, who is also my Housecarl. I'm also the Arch-Mage of the College of Winterhold, and just training up to be a bard.
