Your skyrim perks

So, how are people distributing their perks across on skyrim?
Personally I'm attempting to go for full destruction, conjuration and smithing, and then scattering about the more useful perks on other categories.
Also, going for three playthroughs, one mage, one knight, one thief.

I am so indecisive about having limited perks that I made a meta save file that I can go back to and re-skill, but I started out as a battlemage, heavy armor, conjuration, destruction, and a few others. Usually works well until I run out of fatigue to escape.
