When I went to school I was known as the outcast. I wasn't very social and tended to hang away from the people. But I would still help people when they came to me with problems and stuff. Then they went away again :p (I also had some major trust issues back then).

I'm the guy who can spell "would" correctly and capitalises the word "I".

OT: Well I'm a teacher, so I think I'm known as "Sir" or "Mr. Rea" but as far as attitude towards me goes, I'd imagine I'm one of the "safe teachers" but that may just be my imagination.
dude i am 14, i am txting at the same time as i do this so i am using txting language
So am I, but I still like to keep my posts presentable.

OT: I'm seen as the nerd by most of my peers, but I get along with pretty much everyone.

I'm that wierdo who really doesn't come under any category... Some dislike me for it, some think I'm awesome for it :p
Same here, but dislike myself for it while some think I am awesome for it. Kinda sucks.

When I went to an actual school (I take my classes online now) I was seen as one of the "crazy, white, nerd, metal-head, gamer kids", which I accepted with "damn straight" reply.

My social group: is nonexistent
Yeah, pretty much. All you guys are my social group, at the moment.

Closest I come to one is hanging out with a group that plays Smash Brothers all the time, but that's pretty much the only context I see any of those people in anyway, so...

I hope you are only pretending 'txting language' is a language.

When I was at school I was one of the smart ones, a little too smart, since we'd stay in the science class during lunchtime to keep warm near the heater. Everyone else would sit outside freezing their asses off.

The best thing about my school though was that the smart ones weren't ostracised for their brains, and were good friends with those who may have been less smart and more...pretty. I suppose if we'd been an american school it'd be like the cheerleaders and sport peoples hanging out with the geeks and brainiacs. We had a great group.

I hung out with a mixture of the programmers and drama kids.

I was a drama kid but I was also that one stark vanilla crazy guy that each school has.

Well, I've been out of school for 4 years now, but back then I was the polite, ponderous guy with the odd bit of insightful advice and a legendarily short fuse. That is, that's who I was to my friends. To those who didn't quite know me I was the guy who challenged teachers with provocative theories in class or the guy with a laugh so deep it made their skin crawl.

In High School, there's two options - Join a group that's often filled with complete stereotypical-high-school idiots, or you can try to make friends with one or two people.

I chose the other part. And it's not too social.

Because once you choose the other part, throwing a party or getting to know more people become difficult.

And with those things behind me, I can say that I am the person who is honest, boring, serious and can crack a smile on your face.

I'm the guy who doesn't quiiiiiite fit in with the guys who go out and party and get drunk, so I'm king of the other folk.
Right now I have a rhombus for a friend group, because we each liked each other (boy>girl>boy>girl>) and then we figured it all out so we are amazingly going out happily with a girl each!

And then we have a bitchmaster, who rules over our rhombus (of bitches)... and well... it's all a very awesome situation full of in-jokes and hilarity.

An example would be talking on msn with someone on a phone, and they try to type PEW PEW and it comes out as SEX SEX. So now we use that everywhere...
bit of a Freudian slip that one.

SOOOOOOO YAAAAAAR. Insanity!

I'd say I don't have a set group, because all my friends are in different little cliques. So I spend time in almost all the social groups.
I second that :p

Dunno, I go to college. Really hard to form a group there when all the classes are sporadic. Hopefully soon though boyfriend of that one girl, I would sit well with that title.

Everyone at my school knows I don't make social attachments because I'm not keen on making too many attachments or friendships in a place I'm counting down the days until I can move out of. I deal with people one at a time where and when absolutely necessary rather than keep a "social group".

Plus, at 32, I'm way too old for cliques.

The quiet doormat that people don't say much to unless they need something off me, and the one who seems to be the worst in every class.

One more month, then I'm free forever. I can do it!
