I just made a hero for Champions Online, which rocks btw, so I'll go with his name Samra Lova, he is a inter-dimensional thief and bounty hunter.

I'd pick Telekinesis as a power, probably go with 'Quade' as the name. I think it's cool.

My other choice would be Iceman style, and I'd go with Pagodeus. 'God of Frost'.
