Your tale of Minecraft?

Lots of us are Minecraft fans, but have you ever stopped to think about the history behind this strange world?

You are the only human life form, in a beautiful world seemingly untouched by industry. The resources are fresh and there for you to utilize as you see fit. But why are you the only human? What about those zombies? If others died of some zombie infection, why are you the only one immune? If the world has no industry, where did your clothes come from? Who built those dungeons with the treasure chests inside? How are skeletons able to walk and use tools? How come when you die, you wake up alive elsewhere with your clothes still intact? Or is that a different person every time?

Did God hit the "reset" button on planet earth and grant you immortality? Did we end it all ourselves with a nuclear war and nature slowly regenerated everything? Are you the only perfect human android designed before everybody else died of something? Did you unearth the secrets of magic and screw up the entire world? Did the second coming of Christ happen? Did the 2012 apocalypse turn out to be true? Did aliens invade? Are you the only successful result of a cloning experiment gone horribly wrong? Or is this not even earth? Is this some planet where humans used to co-exist with nature but one day a deadly virus killed most of them off? Or are aliens responsible for all of this?

Notch hasn't stated any official canon behind the existence of the strange world, so in this thread create your own. What's your explanation?

I tend to follow their canon and believe I am in their universe, but not in the same region as them.

Other times I will RP that I was a plane crash or shipwreck victim who happened to wake up on a sandy beach.

Well now I'm going to spend hours exploring in hopes of finding Simon lighting something on fire somewhere. -_-
My story is that you, you character, is a god and is creating the world of Minecraft, building it block by block, but you are only a minor god, so you must gain knowledge, power and wisdom by learning contraptions to craft and fighting treacherous creatures. What about the monsters you ask, where did they come from. Well, you see, in the Nether there is another God, a competing god, who wishes for power over all of the Universe, and the Nether it's self is actually upside down, so in other words, your floor of bedrock is the Nether's floor of bedrock too. And while this other god is in a treacherous environment, he from his time spent there has learned the art of summoning and dark magic and uses it to make your time harder.

And all tales of Herobrine are actually just tales of the god in the nether using a portal and using it to enter the over world. Although since there is no water in the Nether and water is needed for Obsidian he must instead use magic to create Obsidian.

And if you were to play the game for long enough, you would eventually gain magical summoning powers yourself and the ability to make Humans from the Zombies and all of the animals which do not exist in Minecraft and the game would eventually end in a Climatic epic battle between you and the Nether god over dominance of the galaxy resulting in the apocalypse.

But as for the nature of how both of you can into existence... I do not know.

Oh yeah, and the blocks are actual the most basic matter existing in Minecraft, a single block in Minecraft if actually like just a single atom. So.... better get to work on that mining.
