Wolverine could work conceptually, but they did a really bad job there. Other than that they all actually seem pretty decent (except the Supernatural one that I can't really judge from that trailer).
Ok here's another one along with the interview with Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles
That actually looks pretty good. Now I need to decide if I want to watch it with subtitles, or a dub with Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles reprising their roles...

For me it's Dub because I don't want to read the Subs and I want to enjoy the show.

Ordinarily I'm fine either way, but if they actually have the original actors for the dub, then hell yeah I'm watching the dub. But it'd be weird hearing someone else speaking English as Sam and Dean.

not as bad as the American "adaptations" of British tv and film
examples:
The Office
Life on mars
and the death at a funeral film is a remake of a British film
just saying the networks are being insulting to Americans thinking they won`t watch it because the protagonist is from London not New york /rant

I think it's pretty interesting, to be honest. I'm not as into anime as I used to be, but I've always liked the concept of Japanese artists putting their spin on American characters and vice versa.

Like, can you imagine if Dragon Ball was published in the 30's as America's first real superhero comic, while Akira Toriyama gained worldwide acclaim for his long-running manga, Superman?

That would be kinda awkward for me too.

It almost never works, both ways, cultural differences and fanbase preferences hinder success.
