Your Thoughts On Diablo 3 and Starcraft 3?

I'm not an RTS fan (unless you are talking about Warhammer 40k), Starcraft didn't catch my interest for longer than Warcraft 2.

Diablo, however, is my sacred game. If I still had the original boxes (I have nightmares about throwing them out), I would make a small altar in Diablo 2's honor.

Free will is an illusion, so i'll be buying both^^ but diablo will only have 5 classes, not much of a suprise, but still stung
Sc is a great series, so why are we complaining that the next release so humogous they had to split it into three parts?

Well to be fair, 5 classes comes with like 30 archetypes apiece to play them in completely different ways.

true enough^^ and I think the systems worked brilliantly in Diablo2. But I still prefer additional freedom when creating a character^^ more exploits to be discovered and the barabrian doesn't need to look like he should have retired aeons ago

Lol. Agreed on that. I just wish they had more awesome separation for each character. At the very least M/F counterparts would be appreciated. But I think the point behind each character is that they -are- someone, not just some blank slate to play as. Ah well.

Diablo 3 looks OK so far, I'm hoping that there are more things to do later on in the game though.

I'm not to much of an RTS fan, so SC2 will likely go unnoticed by me

Diablo 3, on the other hand, is a definite buy for me. It'd be even better if it was f2p, which I hope it is

Diablo III should be good. I mean it'll be more of the same, but mindless clicking was never so much fun as it was in Diablo and Diablo II, and the gaps between the releases are big enough that by the time Diablo III is released I'll definitely be ready for what will, essentialy, be another replay of the original.

Starcraft 2 will be awesome, well giving how cool 1 was 2 HAS to be awesome, yet I'm disappointed that it will be "episodic".

Diablo 3...I really don't know. Gameplay videos were pretty cool, but I won't say anything 'till it's actually released....which will happen in about 1 year, which ain't cool since I really wanna play the damn thing for some weird reason.

Diablo 3: I hope it turns out better than I think it does. Much like Fallout 3 did.
Starcraft 3: Hell I don't even know if this will ever exist.

Diablo 3: Never played the originals but it looks great to me.

Starcraft 2: It'll come out just not till 2010.

I'm getting both.

Starcraft was awesome, even though I'm not an RTS person. Hopefully SC2 will feature an interesting story and balanced teams.

Diablo 3 is probably the game I'm looking forward to the most. All the complaining about the look of the game is stupid. I'm sure the artwork will fit the game perfectly.

I know I might get alot of hate for this but I wish they would port Diablo 3 to the Xbox 360 so I can play it.

I mean Diablo 2 can be played on almost any thing and that was fine for me. But since they upgrade pretty much everything, but 5$ desktop is not going to cut it.

Obvious theirs going to be issues with the controls, but it better than not playing it at all.
