Favourites would be OoT, GW: Prophecies, & Arkham City, I think (if we're counting ones I haven't played for some while).

Least favourites would probably be Limbo, Sonic The Hedgehog (which is still fun; these are difficult choices to make), and... Spore, maybe?

From this generation:

Most Favourite:

Rayman Origins - One of the best difficulty curves in gaming, starting off childish and eventually becoming fiendish. Every level is shows bags of creativity and, in a world where everything is becoming increasingly homogenized, demonstrated a distinctly French character.

Batman: Arkham Asylum - Great example of taking a character and building your game mechanics solidly around his abilities. Great story, great combat, great stealth.

Dirt 2 - Forza is obviously the superior simulator, but I love the tracks on this game, the mountains China and Utah are especially beautiful.

Least Favourite:

Bionic Commando - If you're going to make a modern remake of the classic 8-bit game before you do anything you need to do is get the swinging right. On this game it's just frustratingly broken.

Mrs Splosion Man - I love me some 2d platforming action (see Rayman above), but this game has such obnoxiously in-your face design that it gives me a headache just playing it.

Quake 4 - If you are going to make a space marine shooter this generic, it's a bad idea to give Quake 2 away on the disc to remind people how it used to be done properly.

Most Favorite:

.Hack GU Trilogy - (I'm counting all three of them as one game because gameplay wise they're pretty much the same.)
I love these games immensely, mostly because of the story. The second in the series has a plot twist that to this day is still blowing my mind even though I probably should have been able to see it coming.

Legend of Zelda: Windwaker - "Save the world? That can wait, i've got exploring to do."

Dishonored - I'm not usually a huge fan of stealth games, but this game made it really fun for me. I like to load it up occasionally just to silently kill people and sick my rats on them.

Least Favorite:

Haze - I don't even remember why I wanted this game in the first place, curse you past me.

X-Blades - Received it as a gift, the person who gave it to me is currently stuck in the dimension of endless torment.

The Hobbit (Gamecube) - I haven't played it in years because of how bad it is, but I remember it following the book fairly well. There was that at least.

Hopefully that's because you have a very small collection.

My 3 best are
-Paper Mario & the thousand Year Door, great storytelling, very fun gameplay, worth playing through twice even though nothing was new the second time around.
-9 Persons 9 Doors 9 Hours, the best story in a game ever plus I love math.
-Pokemon Crystal, because G2 was the best Pokemon generation, and I was kept engaged enough to complete the whole Pokedex.

Worst:
-Monster Rancher. Ugh, don't know how the gameplay worked but I understood it well enough to see that a lot of level grinding was involved
-Trauma Center Under The Knife (DS): Impossible levels that weren't fun and occasionally nauseating. Made me so mad I actually removed the cartridge and threw it across the room.
-Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Gamecube): Flukey physics with extremely frustrating jumps. Also it's mostly fetch quests, almost none of the plot is part of the game. Oh, and who doesn't love stealth missions in a non-stealth game?

Well, it IS and ATLUS game. Being stupid hard is kind of implied. My sister saved over my almost-completed file years ago. I tried to replay it, but the Reuben operation can go fuck itself. Haven't touched it since.

Though barring the more ridiculous operations, I thought it was a really good game.

MY BROTHER! Please! Join me as we mourn the time lost on that atrocious game!

I think the most annoying thing about it was that your currency, beans, kept flying off you whenever you got hit by something. It's the only game I've ever owned that I was ashamed to have.

Ah yes, if you get past the ridiculousness that they're using beans instead of the canonically established currency. And I forgot to mention that it has what may be the worst Quiddich simulation ever.

Three favorites: (WARNING all Zelda games!)

1. Ocarina of Time, I have a copy for N64, the masterquest disc, the collector's edition copy, and the 3DS version.
2. Twilight Princess, Gamecube version, my much preferred version of the game. I have the Wii version, but I haven't played it since I got the Gamecube version.
3. Majora's Mask, have it for N64, collector's edition version, and got it on Wii virtual console.

Least Favorites:

1. MLB game for N64, my brother loved baseball back in the day, so he liked baseball games, I didn't.
2. MLB game for Gamecube
3. Random Spongebob game for Gameboy Advance(I don't even remember the name), though Battle for Bikini Bottom for Gamecube is still pretty good for a licensed game.

Three Favorites
Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence (love the camo index the stamina management and almost everything about this game)
Shadow of the Colossus (Some of the best enemy design to date)
Deus Ex (this game had me playing it for hours when I first picked it up on GOG after playing Human Revolution and hearing how great the original was)

Three Least Favorite
Dragonball Z Infinite Worlds (Worst Fighting Game EVER IMO)
Duke Nukem Forever (I only kept it because of it's infamous nature)
Final Fantasy XIII (Aka Final Hallway XIII)
