In no particular order:

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
Sonic Adventure DX (before you flame me, I never had a Dreamcast to play the supposedly superior original)
Wind Waker
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Tales of Symphonia
Metroid Prime
Pokemon Coliseum (what? I found it fun)
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
Resident Evil 4 (unfortunately don't own it, but liked what I played)
Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes

Honorable mention goes to Skies of Arcadia, and it might have made the list if I actually played more than the first few hours.

That's pretty much what I would list as mine, except for Time Splitters.

I'd put Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes instead of that.

I've played a grand total of nine GameCube games before so I'll just give you my top three.

1) Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
It was good for the same reasons Mario 64 was. It was awesome exploring, collecting, and finding secrets.
2) Geist
It had some real originality to it that made it a nicely fresh experience and the story was good by video games standards (also, the FPS action wasn't that bad).
3) Eternal Darkness
It was not really the sanity effects that got me to like this game. They were more interesting to me than scary. I like this game more as a surival horror experience. Fighting zombies was fun whether no matter the weapon/spell you used and take-downs felt great.
Honorable mention: Robotech Battlecry
This game was a bit weak but it had about the right difficulty as to make it rewarding to beat missions but (usually) not overly frustrating.

Metroid Prime
WindWaker
SSB Melee
Super Mario Sunshine
Soul Calibur II
F-Zero GX
Rogue Leader
TimeSplitters 2
Resi Evil 4
Mario Kart Double Dash

As much as I loved Twin Snakes, it paled in comparison to other GC games and the other MGS games.

I only owned three games for the Gamecube. However, only one of them ended up being good enough to blow mind hard enough to exist on any "top 10" list at all, which was Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. I loved it to the extent that it's on my list of my top ten favourite games of all time and I do not regret buying a Gamecube just for the game (£50ish for the console and the three games). I will admit that I loved so much about it.

The only thing I absolutely hated about it was the time I decided to do a play-through and I missed a glyph needed to complete the game from the previous level, so I was stuck. Even then, it was fantastic personally.
