I have a lot of games, and putting them in order is going to take me forever. I'll just list a few that I really think went above and beyond:

-Mother 3
-Super Smash Bros. Brawl
-Zelda: Twilight Princess
-Chrono Trigger
-Half-Life 2
-Sonic Adventure XD
-Sonic Colours (Wii version)
-Left 4 Dead 2
-Pokemon Black/White

I know a lot of these games are going to get me some flaming, particularly because I think Twilight Princess was better than Ocarina of Time. HATE COMMENTS COMMENCE!!
