It's hard to pick, but if I had to give a top three I would say:

1. Mass Effect 2
2.Aliens vs Predator (the one from 2000)
3. Halo Reach

I picked these games because I always keep going back to play them over and over. I've finished Mass Effect 2 (my hands down favourite game) 4 times, and the others I've finished countless times.

My kinda game goes like this: you work your ass off & survive through gameplay so you can receive a great cutscene at the end of a battle/game (ME2 has done this beautifully... I'm a sucker for cinematic games...who isn't...)
