Please, share your personal thoughts on which app you seem to keep coming back to. In the end, this might be a recommendation thread, but everyone has a slightly different taste in games and I wanted to know who likes what - or at least their top three.

My personal list (in no particular order):

Fruit Ninja: I'm not always an "on the go" person with portable devices, but Fruit Ninja just has me returning constantly. I love how new modes are being added and that there is a little sense of reward for almost every record you break. The new arcade mode is also sweet.
Price: $1.19

Chaos Rings: I'll admit that I'm a bit of a square fanboy, loving practically all of their Final Fantasy titles (yes including 13). Chaos Rings had some of that magic added to it, with a fun, strategic combat system, characters who developed and had me caring about them, an interesting overarcing plot and pretty visuals. I wouldn't let the price scare others away, it's worth the cost!
Price: $15.99

Battle of Wesnoth: Now I did buy this on an 80% off sale out of curiosity, but I would have gladly payed full price for this gem. Basically, it's an SRPG in the style of something like Fire Emblem, with a hexagonal grid system. There are MANY scenarios (campaign mission sets) with lots of missions included. I've played for about 3 hours and barely scratched the surface of the first campaign, and there are a good 10 or so to go! Lots of bang for your buck, with a fun tactical system.
Price: $8.99

I personally recommend all three of these titles, so please, share your top 3 app loves too!

Not to be "That Guy", but I'm going to bump this back up.
Come on everyone, I'm very curious as to what your favourites are!

Thanks for the replies everyone!

I also wanted to ask, does anybody have the Mirror's Edge ipod (not pad) game? Mirror's Edge on PC is one of my favourites and I'm unsure as to whether the portable is worth it or not. Is the art style still present, with some neat free-running?

Anyway, please keep sharing, a big topic is a happy topic :)

Chaos Rings. I agree, it is a great game. Also, if you were a TRUE fanboy, you probably should have said FF1/2. Great story, great gameplay (if you like turn-based, obviously) and great replay value, with incentive. I have 100% completion on it (and I mean real 100% completion, not what the game says. I think it's actually 108% completion, but I'm not sure).

Angry Birds. Well, there isn't really anything else to say, is there? If you've played it, you'll understand. Also, this does include Seasons.

xkcd app. I'm a huge xkcd fan, and it's amazing how often it comes up in conversation and is useful to have offline access to all of the previous comics (okay, maybe not that often, but still). Of course, this one is very much based on the fact I like xkcd.
