The only Wii game that you will ever need is Super Smash Brother's Brawl. I play it for about an hour every night with my brother.

Of course, the only way to make it fun is if you turn off items. Then it becomes one of the best fighting games ever made.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Okami, and Super Mario Galaxy. I'd have more, but my library of Wii games is a little small.

1. Punch-Out!! - It's very fun and challenging (especially in Title Defense mode)

2. Super Smash Bros. Brawl - My friends and I play this all the time. I like beating the living hell out everybody.

3. Mega Man 9 - It's difficulty is nearly brutal, but that's the point. It's a throwback to the classic 8-bit era.

Brawl
Twilight Princess
and Okami

Aka: The reasons why you should own a Wii.
... Unless you already played Okami on the PS2, Twilight Princess on the Game Cube, and have some weird grudge against Brawl because Yahtzee didn't like it.

Twilight Princess
No More Heroes
Ghost Squad

Other games of honorable mention would be Okami, One Piece: Unlimited Adventure (and the second one, Unlimited Cruise, if you can find it), Metroid Prime collection, House of the Dead: Overkill, Brawl, Mario Galaxy, Zack&Wiki, and Wii Sports (of course).

I'll be picking up the newest Mario game for the holidays as well, so we will see how that goes.

1. A Boy And His Blob
2. Twilight Pirncess
3. Muramasa: the Demon Blade

And there are several others that are great but those are my favorites, and on a different note...Fuck Brawl, hands down the shittiest fighting game I've ever played aside from Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe

1st: Zelda Twilight Princess
2nd: Trauma Center
3nd: Super Mario Galaxy

Only real Wii titles worth owning in my opinion. I haven't had a chance to play Madworld or Conduit yet, but they might take spots 2 and 3 on my list.

Godfather Blackhand
Boom Blocks
Metroid Prime Trilogy

With Mario Galaxy, Warioware, and Overkill almost making the list.

No More Heroes is still probably my least favorite game from last year. I would only put it on (if I hadn't sold it) if I needed help getting to sleep: lawnmowing minigame (yawn), gas pumping minigame (yawn), driving across a barren sandbo... Zzzzzzzz.

Smash Brothers Brawl (serious fun)
Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (I love the Tales games, and this one was rather good)
Wii Sports Resort (fuck you all, I like this game, and I like playing with others)

There are others, of course, but my library is still lacking a bit.

Twilight Princess-screw it being essentially a Gamecube game, it still kicked ass.
Metroid Prime 3-other than an annoying fetch quest and straying from aspects I like about Metroid, quite fun and atmospheric.
Super Mario Galaxy-good ol' Mario platforming goodness, that is all.

Here are the only three I played and enjoyed:

Super Mario Galaxy (I had a lot of fun with the crazy gravity physics)

Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess (only go to the second dungeon, but it was pretty fun)

SSBB (best party game I own. Plus I'm pretty good, making it that much more fun)
