I'd say the "top" ones for me are the ones that are the most memorable to me. So I'd go with these. Sorry, I'm not uber cool enough to know the titles of the themes nor the composers for these.

Most of the the other themes I like are from games based on my favorite movies, so they have songs from the movies and I suppose they wouldn't count.
