Hmm, let's see:
PS3:
Heavy Rain
Uncharted (I'll just list the first I guess to avoid listing all 3)
Valkyria Chronicles
Little Big Planet

I'm honestly struggling with a fifth since I don't have my game library in front of me. Perhaps Wipeout HD for the time being.

PC:
Team Fortress 2 (might as well be exclusive since the console ports aren't the same game anymore really)
Starcraft/BW/2
Civilization IV
Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri
X-Com

I would attempt the 360, but I actually don't own one and coming up with a list of exclusives for the PS3 was difficult enough from memory. Plus, I only recently got to play Gears of War 2, one of the only 360 games that interested me, and I didn't like it that much.

PS3:

MGS series
Uncharted series
Yakuza series
Heavy Rain
Killzone series

honorary mention: Resistance series, ICO/Shadow of Colossus, Little Big Planet, Wipeout HD

360:

Gears of War series
Halo series
Fable series
Alan Wake (?? i think this was on PC as well)

can't think of much more??

WII:

Zelda series
Mario series (both Galaxy and 2D versions)
Metroid series
Xenoblade Chronicles
The Last Story

honorary mention: Pandora's Tower, Donkey Kong Country, Super Smash Bros, Super Mario Kart

EDIT: looking at my list now, it is hard to fathom that the 360 has outsold the PS3. The PS3 by far has the most interesting titles to offer.

Yeah I have it on 360.Fantastic game.I think the sequel Rayman Legends is a Wii U exclusive so maybe that's why you thought Origins was a Wii exclusive

The PC is great for strategy generally, the sort of games consoles can't handle due to the pad controls and disk space/memory/graphics power issues. Total war, Supreme Commander that sort of thing.
I think PC games still generally hold their ground on strategy games purely because the games suit the control style of a mouse and keyboard, if they ever master controls of strategy games in consoles with a hand controller i would imagine those fast overflowing into the console market.

Also Supreme Commander is also on Xbox360

True, however you can buy a game on one disk that will run on Linux, Windows or Mac, whilst you can't do that for Xbox, PS3 and Wii. With a PS3/Xbox/Wii you'd have to buy the disk for that platform, whilst with a PC game you buy the PC disk and if you have a Mac PC [And the game is compatible], you can run it on that, or if you have a Windows PC it'll run on that, and rarely if you have a Linux machine and its compatible it'll run on that. Now Windows Disk, Mac Disk and Linux disk for the same game.
They're the same platform, just different specializations IMO, with Windows being the closest to a dedicated gaming platform, though hopefully that'll swap to Linux soon. Windows keeps looking worse and worse IMO, and Mac... I'm not going to go there.
Im happy to conceed to rope them all together under the general personal computer option as they are closer related than different console brands (Playstation/Xbox/Nintendo) but i would just like to point out:

You can buy a game for windows on disc and run it on a Mac/Linux etc. with some kind of modification, emulation or manipulation of files or OS, but you cant just purchase a game of Mac insert it into a PC and press install and have it instantly work. (there are a few rare exceptions but as the years go this is more and more rare) I could equally get my PC to emulate an Xbox and use it to run xbox games, but that doesnt make it equal to an xbox, as standard they are seperate systems. Its only through manipulation and modification (which is one of the strengths of Computer gaming) that allows this.

There are some clever people (these kind of peoples technical genius amazes me) who can do this to consoles as well to make them think they are different consoles but that doesnt make people rope the consoles together as one system. Windows(Microsoft) and Apple are very much seperate brands with windows very much being the dominate one in terms of gaming. (Apples mobile gaming being yet another seperate system.)

I could go on about branding and the greyness of it all with microsoft owning both windows and xbox and yet being different brands while nintendo wii and 3DS being totally different hardware and software and yet being considered one brand, but i would only go massively off topic and bore people.

PS3:

Metal Gear Solid 4
Little Big Planet
Ratchet & Clank
Infamous
Valkyria Chronicles

Xbox 360:

Halo series
Gears of War series
Euhm, Shadow Complex? Comic Jumper? 'Splosion Man? Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet? They're the only other exclusives I have.

PC:

Black Mesa
Civilization V
My laptop is pretty good, but not enough to play most current titles, so this is all I got for any recent games (i.e. released in the last 4 years). If I include older games, you can scrap Civ V and add Thief 2, Planescape Torment, System Shock 2 and Outcast instead.

Erm... there aren't that many brilliant exclusives for the Xbox are there?

Trials HD/Evolution I guess, that's a fantastic XBLA game
As is Spelunky.
While not as shiny, Spelunky was originally on PC.

Do ports mean the games aren't exclusive anymore?

If not I'd recommend these for a PS2:
Persona 4
Devil May Cry 3
Disgaea 2
Devil Summoner 2
Katamari Damacy
