When I sat down and worked out precisely how to max out the important stats for the Nameless One in Planescape: Torment before reaching a specific event in the game.

I cried when my brother accidentily stepped on my Spyro the Dragon disc. Also, I once asked my mother if I could get a "goodnight play". Surprisingly, she said yes.

I once considered bringing my DS along with me on a date. I don't know what I was thinking...
I've been married since 2005, but prior to that I went on more than a few dates where I actually kept a GBA SP in my pocket to serve the same function as Chuck Barris' gong. Oh, the look on some airhead's face when I'd whip that thing out in the middle of the date and play Harvest Moon Friends of Mineral Town. She'd be like "what are you DOING?" and I'd be like "I find this more intellectually stimulating than your attempts at conversation."

Im into military and firearms...BIG TIME.
I´ve got alot of knowledge of it and everytime i play a shooter set today or with todays weapons, i flinch at every mistake the developers did with it...
MGS4 was a firearm orgasm for me...realism to the extreme (not so much in terms of "realism" god, its just a game) coz everytime he reloads, he does pull the charging handle, and a shell flies out (the one Snake just inserted).
As with Rainbow 6, where the bullet in the chamber IS actually counted when you reload.

Army of two was a cry fest for me<.<

FFVII Advent Children came out just a few days before the end of my final school year, so me and my friends decided to put off watching it until that night, which was the same night as the prom.

We went to our prom, spent three or fours getting excited about it, drove back to my girlfriend's, all got into our FFVII cosplay costumes we had organised specifically for this event and sad down and watched it (with a few of us whiping tears of joy away at the opening).

I have over 8 hours of nothing but video game music, including tracks from Suikoden I, Suikoden V, Halo, Halo 2, Guilty Gear X2 (inc. 4 Sound Alive tracks), C&C Generals, C&C Tiberium Wars: Kane's Wrath as well as the entire DOOM and DOOM II soundtracks ripped from Doomsday.

-One of the most nerdiest moments I have had that I can remember was when I had been playing a thief in Oblivion. I went to a friends house and saw some silverware. Then I proceeded to wonder if anyone could see me.
-Making D&D jokes with friends who don't get them
-Slapping my friend for asking if Warhammar 30k and D&D were the same.
-Slapping the aforementioned friend for comparing all WRPGs to WoW.

Looking at my played time on my main avatar in WoW. It was freaking big, around 15 days or something. I've been off WoW for about 8 months, but I'm looking back into playing it again, whilst restricting all the time I give it. Still fun.
Amateur. I had almost a month of real time clocked.

... I made myself sad.
pfft. thats nothing. i had like three months on my nwn characters

other than that... probably my ability to ramble on about any game and my extensive knowledge of dnd

Sticking up for the Saturn from the start all the way to the finish of its lifespan. Many of the games for that console have not aged well.

Well, all you'd have to do would be to crouch down and walk on tiptoe...I mean, you HAVE been randomly tiptoeing around behind people just for the hell of it to build your Sneak skill, right?

Mine would definitely be when I took the sizes of Voltorb and Electrode, assumed that these sized were the diameter and that they were both perfect spheres, calculated their surface area, and then found out how much larger Electrode was than Voltorb in those terms.

Ignoring my naked girlfriend and explaining why some one was wrong on the internet instead.
I am half sure that really happened, or half sure that you quoted this [http://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/duty_calls.png] word for word.

my nerdiest moment hasn't ever occurred in games. Alas those moments found themselves amongst those who probably would not care.
