I tend to like guys who are kind and considerate. Ones who are thoughtful of others apart from themselves. Mature but still are able to be a bit childish and irreverent. A few similar interests always work good, too.

I try not to gauge them by their looks, but I have noticed I do tend to like the guys who have a bit of meat on them. Skinny or athletic looking guys tend to be either douches or taken, from my experience.

Guys need to be slender, with obvious muscle tone and beautiful forearms. Personality-wise, they need to be more assertive than not. No one likes a pushover in a guy ;D
