uh oh... I never played SotC... What was it about?

PS2 game where you're in an empty mysterious land and you have to kill 16 Colossi (giants) to bring back the girl you love. No more, no less. No cities to explore, no mooks to fight, just those 16 boss battles. It makes for a very pure game and story and for me a very emotional journey. Needless to say, my favorite game to date.

Ok, this is gonna sound bad. But. The first game I ever reviewed was Nauruto(?) Ukazukawukazuka(?) Chronical (2?) that = what you just said...

A sort of oblivion/spore type game where theres alot of custimizabilty with a more mature feel to the game. Also make it an MMO with totaly freeroaming environments. Oh ya and you can manipulate the environment to no end. So a MMO, Tycoon, RPG, Spore thing.

just watched Invader Zim (god I miss that show)

so how about an free-roaming tps game where you conquer ALIEN worlds?
gears of war's combat but faster paced and with ALIEN POWERS
RPG elements where you customize your ALIEN POWERS (do you rely on high tech weapons and armor or you use psychokinetic and biological abilities?)
there'd be a map with a a few hundred worlds on it and your objective would be to conquer them all.

each world would be huge (fully explorable)
some would not be populated (mine them for resources)
some would be sparsley populated with primitive cave-aliens (become their deity)
but most would be inhabited by advanced alien species that you would have to destroy/enslave

I've always thought that the perfect RPG would be that of a co-project between Bethesda and BioWare. Just imagine Oblivion's beautiful open world combined with say Mass Effect's level of detail, and excellent character portraits and interactions. Tasty!
