Your ultimate party?

I want you to imagine that you've been given the power, money and time to set up your ultimate party, using these questions as a rough framework.

What would the entertainment be? If it's an artist, who?

Who would you invite?

Where would the venue be?

What food/drink will be sorted out?

Any extra details?

So for me, the entertainment would have to be a DJ, namely south central (give them a look, check out their Du Hast remix), I'd invite all my mates, literally everyone. The venue would be one of the O2 academies, or a small to medium sized nightclub. Food and drink would be a free bar (focused on sambuca) and free pizza/salad. There would be bouncers, as although I trust my mates to not fight, precautions may be needed. Also, no drugs of any kind allowed in. Fuck that.

So, how about you guys/girls? what would you have?

What would the entertainment be?

Celebrity host John Barrowman judging the various drinking contest and various obscure sports like cheese rolling, wife/partner wheelbarrow races and toe wrestling, all for prizes.

Who would you invite?

Anyone and everyone, but there would be a dress code. No flip flops, tie-dye t-shirts or mittens. If all three of these items are worn at the same time, the punishment is exile by catapult.

Where would the venue be?

If it's in summer, the beach would be good, otherwise there's a nice ballroom in town it'd be fun to unleash hell within.

What food/drink will be sorted out?

All the food and drink my friends. It would a be a feast for all senses.

Also, unlimited wotsits and a chocolate fountain.

Any extra details?

Anyone caught not adhering to the dress code singularly will be automatically entered into all events, some simultaneously (good luck winning an eye and spoon race whilst trying to catch runaway cheese). The winner of the night will receive an item of the choosing from the Argos catalogue.

The last thing I would do would be to throw a party at my own house.

I like to go to them of course but many of my friends have thrown parties at their houses in the past, and let's just say that almost half of their stuff were stolen by other 'friends' who were invited there. It is sad.

Well I'd love to know but I don't go to parties, when people invite me I just get really nervous and panic and then I stay home, and the few times I've gone I just stand in a corner and ignore everybody for the entire duration of the thing, and with all sorts of parties, even with video game parties, instead of trying to participate I just go to my corner to not talk to anybody and look cool.
So I guess my ideal party would be a party where the only person is myself, how fun -_-

My ideal party would be The Hero from Suikoden II, The Kid from Bastion and Juggernaught from Dota2 as the front line, while Aerith Gainsborough and Jon Irenicus bring up the rear as casters. The sixth slot is reserved for me, naturally.

My ideal party is eating peanut butter on toast and drinking chocolate coffee in front of my computer, listening to videogame music and playing Dota2. I don't like going out and I don't mix well.

OT: One massive gaming party for me and my brother, ordering food from some of the local eateries.
We'd have an awesome metal soundtrack throughout the whole thing, and we'd watch some films, and play boardgames.
Needless to say, it would happen at home.

Guests: Friends. Invite only.
Venue: Alton Towers. (It's a theme park for those not of the isles)
Food/Drink: Caches hidden around the park. Marked by the lambda symbol naturally.
