We all know a game that we simply just cannot win, finish, or beat. It's that kind of game, no matter how hard you try, you can never ever finish it and see those ending credits!

Whether its Contra, Thunder Force, Final Fantasy, Demon Souls, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Legend of Zelda or even Digimon World back on the PlayStation 1. It's just one of those games no matter how much time you delve into it, you just cant finish!

So what say you, Internet? Whats your poison?

For myself, I can never seem to finish...

-Yggdra Union (PSP/GBA)
Can't seem to finish this last mission, even with tips and help from various guides, it's just frickin' hard!
-Final Fantasy: Tactics A2 (N:DS)
Don't get me wrong, I love FF Tactics games to death, but this one whenever I play it for an hour or three, I can't seem to get into it like I used to so I could finally finish this title.
-Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons (GBC)
LoZ Games are great, even back on its older era of the Gameboy Color, but this one, I just can't seem to find my way around in, I've been refraining from looking on the internet to finish this game with, but one of these days, I'll just have to find out.

FF XII. I'm in the final dungeon but I can't find the motivation to beat it. Crap, now I want to bust out my PS 2...

Honestly? None. I finish everything I start. The closest thing to an "unbeatable" game I own is Ninja Gaiden 2, which consistently freezes during a particular scene during the end. Since I've never watched the scene through, I can't skip it, and it always freezes. I can't finish the game because of that.

I have 119 stars in Super Mario 64. The last star that I have remaining is the "100 coin challenge" star in the clock tower level. I tried hundreds of times to get it as a little kid, and I tried even a couple times in more-recent years. Sure, I've technically beaten the game, but I still have that one star left.

Perhaps because you have a disc that doesn't agree with you? My copy of FF10 would do this right after I would watch a cutscene around where you do the first Blitzball Tournament, as part of the story.

I MURDERED A2. I beat about 300 of the 400 quests and my team is lvl 70-85. It is defiantly my favorite out of the Tactic series.

Ratchet and clank Size Matters on PS2. Just cant get into it like I did for Up Your Arsenal.

Star Fox Adventures was mine for AGES. I could not get past this damn on-rails level where you had to shoot some stupid magic towers while being pelted with stupid rockets. It frustrated me no end. I did however finish it, eventually, probably about a year later, it took that long for my frustration to dissipate!

But I guess most of my game collection that isn't completed is laziness more than my lack of ability. OH, do have a lot of trouble with some of the original Splinter Cell games to be fair, especially Pandora tomorrow... stealth just isn't my thing...

Minecraft.

Or, more seriously, San Andreas. I've already given up on beating it, though.
Same. In fact San Andreas was the ONLY GTA3 era GTA game that I completed WITHOUT cheats. Vice City and GTA3 itself were so bloody difficult. I blame that terrible controls, armed combat was awful.

WoW.

Seriously, I think I've finished them all, though I took a 3 year break until I went back to beat Myst.

Donkey Kong 64
The part where you HAVE to beat the arcade version of Donkey Kong... I just gave up on it at that point

This might be due to a patch made for the game, try clearing your cache. It worked for me when the game froze during a cutscene on chapter 10 over and over.

OT: Ninja Blade. I just can't find the motivation. QTE's are fun, but they get tedious after a while.

Arcanum.

I've played the game countless times, and aside from crossing the bridge out of the first town, the game isn't really hard, but somehow I always quit playing mysteriously with no memory of how far I got or why I stopped and the game is uninstalled again without me knowingly doing it.

I really don't know what is going on here.

Dragon Age Origins, Mass Effect, and Red Dead Redemption. They're boring for various reasons.
