It's a tribute to all the awesome Jennys in the world, mostly Jenny Sparks and Jenny Currant. And I stole the last name from Sabretooth in order to get the right initials. I'm kidding, it's just my name. But I love it. :D
hold on your last name is actually Creed?

You are now the coolest person on these boards.
Why yes. I'm contemplating naming my child Akira American if I get one sometime. It's risky, I know, it's the hydrogen bomb of names and it may not be right to give that much power to one person, but damnit, the name Akira American Creed is just too good. It's scientifically proven to be the most kickass name in the world you know.

Emus are flightless birds. I am the Flying Emu. I break norms. Normally.

Yeah.

I don't know, I like a paradox with my cup o' joe in the morning. Flying Emu just sounded... sweet.

It's how I've been known on the internet for almost 8 years now, no reason to change it.

Syphon Filter 2 was the first game I ignorantly declared myself 'pro' at. and since Syphon isn't a available name on any forum site i've been too. I just added a 'z' for flavor instead of random numbers like some people do.

"I am number! I AM A FREE MAN!" - Beginning of the song "The Prisoner" by Iron Maiden.

Is'nt it rather obvious that this thread has allreay been made?

Now I'll hand it to you. The OP of the other thread made it a bit too difficult to understand that this was about user names too. But a quick search should have revealed it anyway.

This might even not be the first of that exact kind of thread. I think someone needs to try and wipe the dust of the searching box =P

It's my XBL gamertag and before that it was the name of one of my worms in the Worms series of games.
Originally it was a sort of in-joke regarding a painting and subsequently a dueling style.

I did search for it because I was positive it would have been done before at some stage, but I didn't find anything. I didn't think of looking under nickname though... a little obscure maybe

I entered it as a username for something when I was drunk. I have no idea what it is supposed to mean. The following day I inspected it and decided to use it for other stuff as well.

I'm not the only person to use this either. Googling it comes up with a few other people, including a Myspace account that isn't mine using this name.

I was born in a latin america country, and i had a keen interest in comic books while growing up, one that i liked a lot was "The Maxx". It was simple yet it was one of the coolest names i saw up until then.

Not too long ago when the internet became mainstream i thought that a cool twist to the name would be just changing the to a Spanish equivalent... El Maxx!

I feel odd now, bye. ;P

Are THERE they are. Should have searched under 'usernames', oops. Yep it has been done before many times, looks like I'm just adding another to that list

My user name is a7r0p05 (or, rather, Atropos) after the Greek Fate, Atropos, who cuts the thread of destiny when she decides that your time has come. And no, I'm not a woman, but the name was too awesome to pass up.
