The first half comes from my actual name (it translates into Gabriel, hence Gabe) while the second half comes from Ner'Zhul since when I fist came up with this username I was really into Warcraft 3 and I just needed it to pad out the length of it for a local forum and then it just stuck.
I have a bunch of other usernames I use for different purposes on different sites (so that, for example, you won't find out my taste in porn just by googling my nickname :p), but this is the one I use the most.

It is also the name of a mad scientist character in my book I'm getting ready for publication, though that one came waaaaay later.

My username is derived from The Neverhood Chronicles, one of my favorite games of all time and a big influence during my formative teenage years. It's the username I choose by default for online accounts unless it's already taken.

Explained this several times, so there should be some threads like this one. ;P
Anyways, DanielBrown is a name I use for the internet. It's a PC version of my old nickname that stopped being fun when I was 15, but some people still use it for me(NegerDanne, which kind of translates to Negro Daniel). >.<

Weeeeell, to explain my username, I must mention my avatar...

You see, they're the same thing, my username, Headsprouter, is the name of the monster in my avatar. It made a brief appearance in a level of Timesplitters: Future Perfect, which is my favourite game, of my favourite franchise.

I just think he's really cool. I his skyward head and vacant expression because of it as well as high-pitched hissing, guttural sounds make him kind of cute, too. Along with as the hyperactive, rabid leaping in his character select gesture.

It hails from Neuromancer, the AI from the book Neuromancer by William Gibson, first book of the Sprawl trilogy and oft considered the father of Cyberpunk.(with Web of Angels by John M. Ford being the grandfather).

I love the Sprawl trilogy. It is perhaps my favourite series of science fiction books. Though I usually go by Count Zero in most places I join, I decided to change things up a bit this time.

Nigh on 15 years ago I realised that the Internet was a big thing and on the Internet you needed a moniker other than your real name. I was playing a lot of CyberPunk 2020 at the time, and "Big Knucks" are a thing and Knucks -> nuxx -> nuxxy. So I registered the domain and I've stuck with it.

Daystar Clarion is the name of a sword from a series of novels.

Forged from a piece of star, the whole weapon is on fire, not just the blade and can only be wielded by certain people.
I hate to be "that guy" but wouldn't every sword be "forged" from a peace of a star? I think I would be much more impressive to make a sword, that works, out of Hydrogen and some Helium. You know considering those are the only elements that might not be form a star. (My be Lithium is in on that list I don't know.)

I started using this nick when I got a PS3 and three attempts at creating a PSN login name using variants of the nick I then mostly used were all taken. Erbkaiser = Hereditary Emperor in German, it was the title of the Habsburg emperors of the Holy Roman Empire.

I'm a bit of a history buff.

And it was free everywhere except on Twitter when I took it.

As an added bonus, it has a bilingual pun in it if you know my real last name.

//My current avatar is the Imperial Crown as used by the last Habsburg Emperors of the HRE.

It's my sign of the zodiac. Simple as that, really. I do like how libra, or the scales, holds fair and perfect judgement. Not a bad quality to put on your resume.

Yeah, Sandjube um...yeah? Yeah. I have no idea. Although I remember it had something to do with Halo 2 and it was between Sandjube and Sunjube.

Basically the name Two-Bears-High-Fiving was too long (he's a character in Fallout New Vegas' Honest Hearts DLC when you have the Wild Wasteland perk) so instead I settled on a name I made up. I imagine it would be my Indian name. Also I can picture somebody unzipping some guy's bear suit only to find a rabid wolf on the inside, who then tears off your hand and runs away with it.
