Lone Wolf - Courier (Fallout NV)
I'll raise the stakes on that Lone wolf one.

Team Leader - Lightning. (Final Fantasy, I haven't played the games with her in it ... but I like her name.)
Weapons Expert - My Spartan. (From Halo 4)
Muscle - Jak. (From Jak & Daxter)
Lone Wolf - The Lone Wanderer. (Fallout 3 ... it makes sense.)
Stealth Expert - Solid Snake. (Metal Gear series)
Jack of All Trades - The President. (Saints Row 4)

Team Leader - Leon Scott Kennedy (Resident Evil): There is literally nothing that can kill this guy.
Weapons Expert - Isaac Clarke (Dead Space): If the team runs out of guns, he can make new ones. He made a gun out a surgical laser, a pocket light, and some space duck tape.
Muscle - Selvaria Bles (Valkyria Chronicles): She's pretty much a nuclear-power one woman army.
Lone Wolf - Wander (Shadow Of The Colossus): If you can kill sixteen giant colossi by yourself, you're pretty damn awesome.
Stealth Expert - Aldo Trapani (The Godfather): Putting horse's heads in your bed since 1945.
Jack Of All Trades - Subject Delta (BioShock 2): No matter the situation, he's ready to throw down.
Supernatural Slayer - Bayonetta (Bayonetta): If you need something killed not of this world, she'll take it down in style.

Ooh, sounds interesting. my dream team huh? hmm....
Team Leader - Chrom (Fire emblem Awakening) He's about as leadery as it gets
Weapons Expert - The Heavy Weapons Guy (Team Fortress 2) I mean, he's even got 'weapons' in his name
Muscle - Iron Tager (Blazblue) Have you seen this guy? he's 90% muscle. Though I was also considering Zangief from Street Fighter, a comrade for Heavy Weapons, da?
Lone Wolf - Shadow (Sonic the Hedgehog) I honestly couldn't think of any others off the top of my head, and couldn't find a good list of comparison on tvtropes.
Stealth Expert - The Stealth Elf (Skylanders) Once again, her title says it all. Also the fact that she can turn invisible indefinitely and spawn ghost blades. Don't Judge me.
Jack of all trades- Yu Narukami (Persona 4) I chose him because, through Personas, he can literally be anything. Magic Damage, Physical Fighter, Ailment Inflicter, Buffer, Healer, any and all. Not only that, but he'd make a good backup leader incase Chrom get's permadeathed.

I'd say that's a pretty good and varied team right there. Too bad the only place a crossover like this could exist is in the most terrible of fanfictions

Team Leader - Princess Amelie (King's Bounty: Armored Princess)
<img src=http://bestgamewallpapers.com/files/kings-bounty-armored-princess/amelie-warrior.jpg>
She's an actual princess, whose bravery saved both her world and a parallel one. She's kind, caring, smart, capable warrior and has one little kick-ass dragon as her pet.

Weapons Expert - Garrus Vakarian (Mass Effect)
<img src=http://static3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100307064658/masseffect/images/d/dc/GarrusME200.png>
This guy needs no introduction.

Muscle - Akihiko Sanada (Persona)
<img src=http://static3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120911032715/megamitensei/images/b/b4/Ichigeki0akihiko.png>
How cool is Akihiko? He trained himself to be fast enough to dodge a bullet. Very cool.

Lone Wolf - Scorpion (Mortal Kombat)
<img src=http://www.fightersgeneration.com/nx2/char/scorpion-mk9bust2.png>
I was thinking about adding Scorp as Stealth Expert, but then I remembered that he wears yellow and spits fire.

Stealth Expert - Rikimaru (Tenchu)
<img src=http://static2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130506025628/tenchu/images/0/06/Rikimaru.jpg>
Now that's a proper ninja.

Jack of All Trades - Liu Hei Fong (Front Mission 3)
<img src=https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSWRcvAnFfRBWOuY4olyqdHMYwLaWAQbMoRyT_By1lVGhymkfjA>
Even though gameplay-vise Liu is limited to sniper role, from story perspective he's pretty capable in almost anything, being an undercover agent and all.

Team Leader: [Paragon] Shepard

Weapons Expert: Samus

Muscle: ...Given the use of Phoenix Wright, I'm guessing Visual Novels are fair game in which case...Berserker. If that's off limits, I'd probably go with Dog

Lone Wolf: Dust (Because you KNOW you don't want to be on the same screen as him when he gets going)

Stealth Expert: Karliah. Because, come on. Professional thief who successfully vanished from the Thieves Guild's sights for a quarter of a century and possibly the [former?] Agent of Stealth? She knows how to disappear!

Jack of All Trades: Mario. Plumber, Liberator, Golfer, Flame Thrower, Janitor/Fireman, Doctor, Driver, GIANT....

Team Leader - Captain Walker from Spec Ops: The Line
This is going to end very, very badly...
It'll make one hell of a videogame though, just imagine how shit would go down between these characters. Hell, would any of these strike teams be able to function as a proper team?

Muscle - Black Whirlwind (Jade Empire)
Lone Wolf - Mona Sax (Max Payne)
Stealth Expert - Garrett (Thief)
Jack of All Trades - Reptile (Mortal Kombat)

Team Leader - Prophet (Crysis series) - Posthuman abilities, and putting him in charge went so well for his squad the first time!

Weapons Expert - Point Man (F.E.A.R) - Baffling variety of experimental weapons handled with ease in-game, generally superhuman with anything that goes bang.

Muscle - Canderous (KOTOR) - Because People have already taken HK-47, and even as a ranged build he can still out-melee Jedi and wookies.

Lone Wolf - Steve? (Minecraft) - Because when dropped into a nightmare with literally nothing he can seemingly survive, prosper, and come up with incredibly inventive ways to kill monsters.

Stealth Expert - 47 (Hitman) - Able to fit in anywhere

Jack of All Trades - Booker or Jack from Bioshock[/quote] -

Honourable mentions:

Brick, Borderlands, as Muscle / Rowland as Weapons / Mordecai/Lilith as Lone Wolf / Stealth
The dude from Far Cry 3 as Lone Wolf / Jack of all Trades
Sam Fisher, Splinter Cell, as Stealth / Lone Wolf
Gordon Freeman as Team Leader / Weapons Expert
People from my X-COM squad filling every role!

Team Leader: Auron (FFX) - Has the experience and that loveable grumpy "fine you're going to do whatever you want anyway" attitude that makes him great when people do actually listen to him.

Weapons Expert: Kos-mos (Xenosaga) - Literally is a walking weapon, seems like a legit choice.

Muscle: Haggar(Final Fight 1/3) - Just needs a 2x4 or a lead pipe for most things, he can spinning piledriver the rest.

Lone Wolf: Lu Bu (Dynasty Warriors) - Gets the job done but man does he not play well with others.

Stealth Expert: Ryu Hyobusa(Ninja Gaiden) - Can't go wrong with a ninja that saves the world with a magical katana

Jack of All Trades:Sarah Kerrigan(Starcraft 1/2) - Expert with guns, H2H, super psionic powers, a giant galaxy threatening army at her finger tips. What more can you want?

Heh, that was fun. Although I think I have too many dominating personalities in my group. XD

Garrus Vakarian (Mass Effect). I was thinking of having him as my lone wolf considering the whole "lonely sniper" motif, but I decided he'd be better suited for squad leader. Hey, he never let me down on the Suicide Mission in ME2, so that's good enough for me!

Alucard (Castlevania: Symphony of the Night). Well there's a bajillion and one weapons in Symphony of the Night, seems fitting that Alucard - along with being a badass in his own right - would be a good choice for Weapons Expert.

Knuckles the Echidna (Sonic and Knuckles). Come on! He's got spikes on his fists! Not to mention a deadly spin-dash attack and the ability to glide around (Take THAT, physics!) and his quills kinda look like Predator dreadlocks. :3

Ryu Hayabusa (Ninja Gaiden). Almost picked him for my Weapons Expert, but Alucard has a mastery of FAR more weapons than Ryu, so I decided to use the demon-hunting ninja as my lone wolf. Sure he has some supporting characters, but in the end it's just him and his Dragon Sword against a whole bunch of disgruntled baddies!

Ayane (Dead or Alive). That's right, I'm doubling down on ninjas! Ayane is there for much more than being eye candy. To make a long story short: she's the head of a sect of ninjas that her clan uses to hunt down and kill other ninjas. That's right, she's an anti-ninja ninja, a shadow warrior that assassinates other shadow warriors. I'd imagine you have to be pretty stealthy to be able to sneak up on other ninjas.

Gogo (Final Fantasy 6). Truly a master of all weapons, fighting abilities/styles, magic spells, you name it. Capable of producing literally any weapon from out of nowhere to allow him to mimic his squad's attacks. He can memorize and mimic any motion/action/technique as flawlessly as the person who originally does it, and he can be "equipped" with all the abilities of anyone on his team, regardless if they're currently in the squad with him or back at base. What more could you ask for in a Jack of All Trades other than someone who is literally a Jack of All Trades?

Team Leader - Bayonetta She operates better on her own but the thought of someone like her leading a team. That just is ten kinds of awesome. Even if the only person on the team who might be able to win in a fight against her is Ragna.
Weapons Expert - Mega Man X the ability to copy nearly any weapon he encounters.
Muscle - Ragna the Bloodedge if any of you have played Blazblue or seen it you know exactly why.
Lone Wolf - Lightning (From Final Fantasy XIII-2) She's pretty much that in the games. Which I do like so I guess I'm weird.
Stealth Expert - Sly Cooper He's a master thief. What more can I say other than SUCKER PUNCH MAKE MORE GAMES LIKE HIS!
Jack of All Trades - Lara Croft Honestly I couldn't think of a good one. I figured I'd pick Lara since she does seem to be well versed in a lot of skills. Plus if I get to hang out with my strike team that means I get to hang out with her and Bayonetta and what guy wouldn't want that? ......don't look at me like that.
