For actually waking up, my alarm tone used to be Chop Suey! I actually woke up to Serj shouting "Wake up!" which was nice, then I got a new phone and couldn't be bothered to change the alarm tone (I'm not even sure if you can) so I have a default one.

I don't really have a particular song for getting my spirits up, anything by Bowling for Soup tends to work for me.
