Beyblade on the PS1. It was released in 2002. It's terrible. You have no control over anything.

I'm not really sure I remember all the games I've played this decade. Anyway, I haven't played a whole lot of super awful games, but I've had some nice letdowns. That said, those letdowns include Spore (overhyped), Force Unleashed (I don't think I could have done much better myself, but I expected to feel a lot more powerful.), and Fallout 3 (Ooh Bethesda! They did Oblivion, and I really liked that! Oh, wow, there aren't nearly as many side quests as I thought. And my skills don't go up with use, just with levels. Oh, and a super low level cap.)
Edit: And Lair. It was nearly unplayable sometimes because of how finicky the sixaxis controls could be. (Oh, you want to dash? How about a 180 flip instead. Oh, NOW you want to do that 180 flip? Try this dash instead.)

EDIT: And Lair. The sixaxis controls on that game drove me crazy. It seemed to have a lot of trouble telling the difference between a dash and a 180...And up and down...And left and right.

All of these pale in comparison to...

Robot Warlords.

Seriously, there was about an hour of unavoidable dialogue, then straight into the 'action' where I had no idea what to do, even after reading the manual twice over.

It's so bad it doesn't have a page on Wikipedia.

Tomb Raider 3 - why oh why did they not fix the damned controls after cocking about with the PSX versions. There's TWO analogue sticks and the best Eidos could do was mimic the sad shuffle round and round control method from the mid 90's. SHAME ON YOU!

Actually, I quite liked Starfox: Command. It could have been a lt better but it was nowhere near as bad as I feared it'd be. or as bad as Starfox adventure turned out to be..... *sobs quietly in a corner*

"Worst game" is a relative term.

Some people like what others will not.

I don't think there can be an overall "Worst" game.

But from my personal experience, the worst game I have played would have to be Wanted: Weapons of Fate.
Oh god, I loved that game sooo much! (not kidding)
I had more fun with that than gears of war or army of two.

My worst game of the decade is... (drum roll please) I have no idea... maybe gears of war.

This whole series fucking sucked, and most people defending it are either in complete denial or ten year olds with worn-out trigger buttons on their controllers. A series which requires little to no skill to play should have never been as revered as it as.

On that note, my selection is World of Warcraft, because it's ruined the MMO genre ever since it became popular for being easy.
Whilst I see your point, I don't think WoW became popular just for being easy. It would have been a series of things.
It's a well known franchise, it pioneered a lot of the concepts which became standard for MMO's (you can spare me the arguments of those who came before it as modern MMO's tend to emulate WoW, not it's predecessors), and it has a mind-blowingly massive user base.
I've played a number of MMO's of various difficulty. WoW is the easiest of them, no doubt, but that's hardly the reason for it's popularity.

That said, it's a game to hate for what it does to people and gamers lol. Really screws up your normal gamer skills and eats away all of your time. A dangerously addictive game.

That said is my reason for it being one of the games I consider the worst for this decade....because it has absorbed a lot of people's time and enhanced further stereotypes about gamers. So eff you WoW.

......That and "Jason & The Argonauts" for the xbox 360....piece of crap game. I wouldn't use it as a coaster for fear of offending my coaster.

for me personally it would be Final Fantasy 12 because of the letdown, but when it comes pure lack of quality it would be Avatar-the movie-the game or command & conquer 3: tiberium wars for the x-box 360

Far Cry 2.

It was like Hell.

No way of dying. No way of escaping. Nothing but the same repetitive tasks. No single human character capable of conversation.

It truly is a form of hell.
It was pretty hellish alright.

I got more into it later on though when I unlocked all the explosive weapons. Those checkpoints became less of a nuisance when you could take every one of them out via your automatic grenade launcher.

I play Far Cry 2 when I want to blow some people up for a bit and then be done with it. I actually found it pretty enjoyable until the enemy started hauling mortars everywhere, because instead of playing it all sneaky like, it became a run and gun shooter where if you stop, you get mortar'd.

I really don't have many games I hated this decade, as I pretty much only buy games that I stand a pretty good chance of liking, and I'm fairly easy to please. So I'll go with GTA: Vice city, which I found totally bland, uninspiring, and boring.

Until it starts working and gives me _some_ value back for my 49,99 euros, I'm going with Fallout 3.
