I've said it before and I'll say it again: Dawn of War: Soulstorm.

I'd slap Iron Lore so hard if they hadn't already gone bust. The campaign map takes an absolute age to load and the larger skirmish maps' loading bars sometimes go backwards.

Wow, NO ONE has said Sonic 2006 yet? I'm quite shocked. They were all at least 30 seconds long and happened VERY frequently.

i think it was Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly it was terrible like 10 mins just to get into a level and then the sub levels took longer.
I agree with this, and well, my copy got a bit scratched up, so it loaded forever

OT:

Jurasic park genesis. It started with a long loading time. And the further into the game you got (The building park stuff, not missions), the longer it loaded. So I guess that if I were to start it up now, my biggest save would probably take at least 2-3 hours to load.

And wrath of cortex. I remember testing it at a friend's and I were amazed about how quick it were to load on the Xbox, while my PS2 took it's time.

The longest load times that I've gotten were in New Vegas.

It took, like, 5 minutes to get into a casino. (which doesn't sound long compared to some other load times, but it's still long!)

I haven't had that happen in a while, so I guess it got fixed in the latest patch (?)

Neverwinter Nights. The loading screens were about 5 minutes each, and popped up every 10 feet. I stopped playing the game pretty much just because of that.

Fallout New Vegas...Step right up folks will it load or will it freeze, just walk through a door and find out, come on place your bets!

Also Tekken 6 on the ps3, even after installing it took bloody ages to do anything... everything required a loading time.

The most recent game I have played that has terrible load times is probably New Vegas before I modded it and made it not as shitty. That game engine is dreadful. I actively not buy games I see that use the Gamebryo engine. New Vegas ruined it for me.

my pc is good enough (and i set my graphics low enough) so that i don't really have to worry about loading times that much

Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). They weren't more then 5 minutes usually but it would load for that long just to play a 5 second clip of the boss you're about to fight, then load AGAIN.

The last remnant. A loading screen for every battle, every screen change and every event trigger. It ruined that game for me.

Starcraft 2. Although that could be because of my processing power of [EDIT] 2.26 GHz. I once had the game in a windowed mode so that I could watch the time on the clock. It took 7 to 9 minutes for the computer to go to a black transition screen, then to a loading screen, then to another black transition screen to get into the mission. Lame in the face. And by that point it's like "Connection to BattleNet lost. DERP."

C&C 3 took about 4 minutes to launch on my old laptop. The game itself ran pretty well, so I blame it on inefficient coding.

I remember playing Rise of the Triad on my 80386 (33 MhZ BEAST!!!!) and the load screens for that were absolute nightmares.

For these days .. hmm .. not counting consoles, only PC .. I'd say I get the shits the most with Dawn of War II loads. Seriously ... it's like 1 minute for The Last Stand, which is literally ONE SCREEN WIDE.

Worst I had was Indiana Jones and The Emperor's Tomb, on my old computer. I used to be able to take a shower, and be back before it was done. No loading bar even, just a thing that says loading, and flashes from time to time.
