i would probably raid the police station for a weapon,(it's the only place with weapons that i know of.) and then get to an area where food is easily excessable and is sufficiantly defensible, and join up with any survivors i can find.

Well, it depends if I have time to stock up or not. If I have time to stock up, then I'll stock up my garage which should be getting soundproofed soon, stay in there for as long as I possibly can, and hopefully emerge as a survivor as the zombies won't suspect my presence, as I'll be completely unheard.
If there isn't time, then I do still live very nearby a supermarket, so the first whiff of apocalypse I get I'll head on to there and then resume Plan A.

Leave ireland and move into northern Europe. The way I figure it the zombies will all seize up in the ice and snow and cease to be a threat... maybe on slow days head out with a sledgehammer for some smashy-smashy.

Did you think you were the first to make a Zombie Apocalypse thread?.

Besides my plan has always been and always will be to die in the initial wave. I am not very good with planning ahead.
