I think I may be ripping of a movie somewhere but this is pretty self explainitory.
Somehow you are dead but trapped as a ghost and only one person can see/talk to you.

Fictional or Non-fictional.

For me it would probably be Revan from KoTOR before and after; but I don't think I'd say anything I'd just watch and eat ghost popcorn.
Or Roland from the Dark Tower series.

My answers pretty much the same except my reason is a little more selfish. I would'nt want to be without my "Knight in Shining" Gamer Shirt. As far as fictional charactors go I'd have to say The Doctor (David Tennant's interpertation) because if anyone can find a way for me to not be a ghost anymore it's probably him.
